Thanks for your reply, one last question.. Do they also get the weekly updates like the nnormal Xiaomi rom?
Unfortunately,no incremental updates. You get weekly updates to download the whole ROM.

What app did you use to download this Developer Rom?

Or do you stay In Lagos maybe I could come collect the rom from yyou
You can use UC browser on phone or DAP/IDM on PC.

You can alternatively download the Unofficial ROMS developed by Xiaomi EU. They offer multilanguage ROMS and absence of Chinese bloatware. RAM management is also improved.

The nickname for the Redmi Note 2 is Hermes and the version number signifies the date of release e.g version 5.9.11 was released on the 11th of September 2015.

How do I restrict background data app consumption on this phone?
Go to the Security app, click on Data stats and you will see a list of apps that connect to the internet. Click on the app you wish to restrict and select the restrict background data app consumption from the options.

i know sha,but what i don know is if it full update (as in re downloading of the whole rom)or just incremental updates,if its incremental updates,i got no p with that since it wont be more than 50 /100 mb,moreover the RN2 dy arrive latest nextweek or tmoro
No problem. The only issue is that they don't make incremental updates for all the previous ROM versions. The 5.9.2 ROM should have incremental updates for the next two weeks.

You funny sha....you go buy floor mats and keyholder wey car never show grin

The scariest is this next issue:

2. Cyber security threat:

Xiaomi is facing an investigation in Taiwan for alleged cyber security threat, as a result of which last month the Taiwanese government decided to ban the company due to several privacy controversies.
Upon further testing, security researchers found that there were several malicious applications preloaded onto the smartphone, including adware that disguises itself as a verified Google application; trojans, which allow hackers to gain control of the phone; and other high-risk software.

Furthermore, the device was “vulnerable to every vulnerability we scanned for,” wrote Andrew Blaich, Bluebox’s lead security analyst, in a blog post.

Apart from the fact that Xiaomi will be bringing in Phone Models that are no longer selling and are outdated in the Chinese and Indian markets, there are other issues associated with the ”Almighty Xiaomi”.
Please list examples of the "outdated" devices that Xiaomi intends to dump in Africa. undecided

Let's start from there before I comment on your review of the ban in India.

Even the mallams are not saints. One day I went to first bank for W.Union transaction in Lagos Island. I went to mallams to change money. As I gave them the money they changed it for me.
When I crossed the road they stopped me to claim I gave them fake dollars. I was crying and I called upon Holy Ghost to save me and He did by sending a giant man who put me in a taxi.
The best way to change money is to go to the bank or to go to a Bureau d'change office.
I was specific about the activities at Alade Market. The mallams have recognised shops and will give you their complimentary cards. You have no business exchanging money along the road if you're close to the Alade Market shopping complex. As a matter of fact,if you present yourself well, they are ready to follow you to any nearby bank to complete the transaction.
Crime › Re: The Day I Was Defrauded At Alade Market by aieromon(m):
Always transact business with the mallams in Alade Market. Do not make the mistake of falling into the trap of high exchange rates with the road side boys from Ikeja Airport Hotel to Allen Avenue.
