Hi hi. Been reading all the comments for days now. I want to know, what happens to people like ♍ε who left d program out of frustration of not getting paid but was still invited for the exit training. I have received a total of 5 messages (both texts and emails) inviting ♍ε for the training,,all written in different ways..Is it necessary for ♍ε to go even when i have resigned from my employer? I am already working some where else btw, so i want to know if it's necessary to get an excuse for d training (mostly cos i might use d certificate later in life) or not..please do reply ASAP someone,,b4 2moro which is d start of d training...From Lag..Thanks

My dear, i'm a lady (for the record) and well,,it so happens dat maybe we weren't in d same venue for the interview 'cos if we were, u'd have heard what the guy dat addressed us, said. He said that there's NO HOW a pensioner or someone looking to get a loan from a bank will get it if he/she isn't insured. Now, that's where the "directing to the bancassurance associate" comes in. When such people come for loan or pension money, they'd be directed to us. If Ÿ̲ø̲u̶̲̅ had read bout bancassurance from the net, Ÿ̲ø̲u̶̲̅'d have seen what i just wrote, too. But then, ur also right when it comes to meeting targets too, cos, just as Ÿ̲ø̲u̶̲̅ asked them, i also asked them when i was interviewed and they said that ur not restricted to the banks, that u can talk to whoever u want to be insured NOT DURING WORK HOURS...to ♍ε, that basically means that during work hours when ur supposed to be in d bank attending to customers, ur not to be out there walking "up and down" as u put it. Moreover, there's a fixed salary whether or not u meet the given target (i inquired 'bout that too, and was told by the interviewers) so i don't see a reason why anyone who wants to give the job a try, shouldn't. My brother works in the funds transfer unit in zenith bank, but him and ALL the staff in his branch were given a target of getting people to open accounts in zenith bank,,,dat doesn't make him a marketer. #enoughsaid

Sorry i'm just seeing this now...I'm a lady by the way and well, i just did as i was told by Edokpia and sent the outstanding stipends claim form to my boss, who filled and sent to their mail. I don't really know if that was what worked though...but if u send ♍ε ur mail, i could send the stipends form to Ÿ̲ø̲u̶̲̅ as an attachment. Cheers.

bancassurance is basically marketing! it has to do with selling insurance products via banking channels. i don't think its the normal commission based stuff, but dem go sha give you target

Yes it's like marketing but not really..i was also invited for the interview and i went. Ur office will be in d bank cornerstone partners with, which is union bank and FCMB. Anyone in need of insurance in d bank will be directed to u. There's a fixed salary but u'd be placed on target and if u meet d target, it's a plus (i.e benefits attached) for u,,just like d marketing in banks,,the only difference is u don't need to move up and down.

Imagine I applied to a sch sometime ago, only from me to receive a text from this strange num, sequel to ur bla bla bla.....I had to call to confirm and the guy told me they recruit for the said sch that I should come with my credentials for interview.....only for me to get there and discovered its this same set of people again WHY?

Just imagine, if I had an accident on the way just because I wanted to attend an interview that I didn't apply for? I travelled from Abeokuta very early in the morning to meet up their 9am schedule.

Anytime you want to invite people for your seminars, state it clearly what the person is coming for.....whoever is interested will come.....please STOP TRICKING PEOPLE INTO ATTENDING YOUR SEMINARS AGAIN!

And I've vowed to myself, anytime I'm tricked into such again.....hell will let loose in that particular building for that day.....becos I I'll make sure I collect my tfare both to and fro before I leave.

Thanks Dude, u hit the nail on the head and i like how u wrote it in bold just in case the GNLD pips have eye issues (lol)....this stuff can be so annoying..they'd write in their invite to come for a test/interview, some would say to come with ur credentials...when u call the numbers dey put there, they'd tell u to "just come prepared"...one would even borrow money to attend such interviews only to be given long speeches on becoming an entrepreneur...i've personally fallen victim like 4times since i passed out from service and thanks to nairaland, i can NEVER fall victim again...@ d guy dat spoke earlier for GNLD, all what we are just trying to say is, u guys should be TRUTHFUL,,when u do dat, u'd sure get people who are interested in marketing ur products,,there are people out there who enjoy marketing, not everyone.

I wrote the test March and got my success message April, no green light for interviews since then. I have even forgotten about them until today.

Lol...and ur complaining...i wrote the test last year in September and got the success text this year March/April (thereabout) and haven't heard from them since then. Thing with all these companies is that dey take time most times so the best bet is to just be patient with them. The job will come in due time by God's grace.

everything about that company is not correct. i have sent several emails to them and it returned undelivered. i even visited their site via google and saw another email info@bayzbaverage.com and it returned undelivered. i guess they ve to put their house in order before seeking application.

I just applied now and it delivered. It could be network problems happening. Was also skeptical about d email add and decided to check d company out myself, and well,,i didn't see anything wrong when i read about them from their website. Guess dey are a new company just starting out. It wouldn't hurt to give them a try. #myopinionshaa

Hope u've gotten verification by now. Nevertheless, let ♍ε state here dat dey aren't scammers but @ d same time, getting a job with them after dier training isn't 100percent sure. They ask u for a fee of 40k or 45k, to train u to become a CSR, customer care representative, for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, i think u write like a test of some sorts while they take ur CV and help u distribute to their prospective clients/companies for CSR jobs. If ur lucky, u could get a job. I was invited personally but didn't go when i was told of what they do (after my research on them) but if u have d money to pay and d confidence of getting d job, ur free to go.
