Well, the reciprocity fee is meant to be paid after the Visa is issued not before. As for the permit It's pretty expensive.. Our permit fee for foreigners is $1000... or the naira equivalent.
LagosismyHome:
I been seeing comments about what people want to do this week.........its not what you want but u need to find out what is the process and then follow due processs .

If the process states u pay the reciprocity fee upfront then you cannot decide to say but when i want to travel i will pay the permit
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 10 by Airich01(m): 12:14pm On Oct 18, 2016
Well,I was hoping on telling them that I was born here and I do not need to pay the visa fees .Also, my mom is Nigerian. I'll explain that when I want to travel I will pay the permit.
Walspring:
Sure they do because i have seen some Nigerians here who applied from another country but its always good to apply directly from you country because that will give you home ties but if you have permit in the country that you are applying from, it another form of home ties

I knew this.. I was worried about the address because it's my friend's who paid for me in US ...Would this be a problem at the interview? Also, so you mean I can pay for visa this week and fill ds160 next week.. That's fantastic.
Dude,I love you...

Sorry, I like you. I forgot you're a guy,I still got the African mentality.
Walspring:
If you had read through previous pages and parts you will see the answers to your questions

Anyway your address will show on the sevis receipt and it will be the address you filled when filling the form i901 payment form.

You pay both sevis and visa fee at your own convenient time, anyone you want to pay first or last but you can fill ds160 before or after pay visa and sevis fee.

Its a must for you to pay visa fee to pick date for your interview

Walspring:

Okay, okay.. Now don't get angry.. don't. You're too pretty for that. Yeah. That's why I also noted that I am not using my Nigerian passport and the country who's passport I am using needs to pay a reciprocity fee. What I need to know now is do the US consulates in Nigeria accept third-country national application...? God help me.
LagosismyHome:
I told you i was not angry ooo but you still insist that i MUST be angry by force. ....

On this topic On google Reciprocity Fee exist but this is not applicable to Nigerians so i really dont know...

you don't have to pay issue fee as far as you've paid your visa fee
Thanks, read what I posted after that.
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 10 by Airich01(m): 4:57pm On Oct 17, 2016
Hello there. How's your day going? Thanks for the reply. Fact is I'm actually using my another passport not my Nigerian one ,so i saw that after paying for normal application fee with this passport i need to pay a reciprocal fee or in other words visa issuing fee,but my mom is Nigerian and I have strong ties here. So,. Also, I'm an over-apologetic guy.. I think that's my weak spot. I hope you're not still angry with me.
LagosismyHome:
How can you pay for visa and then pay issuing fee ,,,,,,Isnt that double payment huh . No you only pay one visa fee
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 10 by Airich01(m): 4:31pm On Oct 17, 2016
Hello House, I have a question to all or rather anyone who knows the answer. Please after paying the visa fee.. Do we have to pay issuing fees? I.e when we get the Visa.
TravelRe: U.S. Non-immigrant Visas: We’re Listening by Airich01(m): 2:18pm On Oct 17, 2016
Dear Sir/Ma,
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
I am expected to apply for my student Visa in a few days. I would love to ask a few questions.
Firstly,I am a Cameroonian. Are there special requirements for me since I am applying for my student visa in Nigeria? I grew up here in Nigeria.
Secondly,How much am I to pay for the Visa fees? Am I to pay the $200 and the $35 for the expedited delivery or am I to pay more?
Thirdly, while preparing the documents for the F-1 student interview are there specific hospitals or clinic to which I am to get a medical examination done? Or do I go to a federal government funded hospital for the medical examination?
Fourthly, being a third-country national are there any additional requirements for me to bring for the Visa interview?
Fifthly, what is a reciprocity fee? Do I need to pay one ?
Lastly, Does the Abuja US immigration office accept third-country national student visa applications?
Thank You .
Yours sincerely,
Airich01.

Oh my goodness.. I'm sorry. Hope you're not angry? The username tho. It's Minnesota State University, Moorhead. I'm a guy though. I thought females rarely use such forums. The state Minnesota seem to be cold and also, they don't really rank very very high. So I plan on saying I choose the school because of its small campus as I don't like huge crowds of people which is true ,also that I like their small campus.. that bad?
Sorry for calling you a guy.. My apologies.
LagosismyHome:
Firstly i am female. ....secondly i wont know detila of every school so google will be your best to check. Also how am i suppose to know MSUM if you dont state what d full school name is

When an outsider now wrote books on Nigerians, that means something is wrong somewhere.
The truth is always bitter though.. Ever read the book, "the 48 laws of power", by Robert Greene? He said in the persuit of power, we have to know that honesty, integrity or great qualities won't make others believe us.. Why? The world love lies.

A majority of this book is filled with lies and half-truths.

Did anybody honestly expect that Buhari would allow this man to publish the truth about him?

He should tell us how a man with 1 million naira and some cows was able to pay for foreign education for his children

Guys, good Morning I need your help. I've been out of secondary school for 7 years. I couldn't apply for an undergraduate degree due to failure in my Father's business. Now my Uncle wants to sponsor me. Do you guys think they will be asking me questions about what I've been doing? Also, My brother is a US citizen would this impede the success of my interview?
TravelRe: U.S. Non-immigrant Visas: We’re Listening by Airich01(m): 5:12pm On Oct 04, 2016
Hello Sir /Ma'am
I am about receiving my i20 and I need to know something. Due to a failure in my Father's business I couldn't go to school early, now this year makes it six years plus some months that I haven't gone to School and I have been accepted to study for my Bachelor's in the US. Would I in any way face any difficulty? And for your extra information my Uncle is the one sponsoring my education. Also, I am a Cameroonian but I grew up here in Nigeria, legally because my mom is a Nigerian. Am I going to be able to apply for a Visa in Nigeria? Also do I need extra documents as I am using my Cameroonian Passport?
Yours Truly,..
Airich01.
