We had the chance of bringing Vlahovic, the mumu people at Cobhams were confident of Jackson leading the line. Well, the line he was leading, made our goal to be disallowed today. Painful what my team turned to in my eyes, and some fans are even contented with mediocrity that oozes from most sections. |

airmark: Nkuku is not a natural top striker, we need another 9. Broja should go on loan, he is not ready yet to do 25+ league goals.
Our major problem that I can see is, putting the ball at the back of the net. We are creating plenty of chances but still don't know how to bury them. I am not against Olize, but we need another natural striker, so that pressure of scoring won't kill this young Jackson. August 2023. And we entered the season without fixing our major problem. Yet, the stupid Pochettino was confidently boasting of winning it all. Popizaino, I am not sure you are forgiven. |

Capaldi: Nkunku, Mudryk and Madueke were so fucki.ng.
That is two games in a row where Nkunku has been terrible. How you can watch Jackson fight with VVD and Konate for 70 minutes, chase everything down only for you to come on and be soo lazy, waiting for the ball to fall at your feet. Make Jackson dey score and not fight up and down without goals. I can't count the number of times he lost possessions too. The idiot turned a 1 v 1 situation with the keeper to a 2 v 5 in seconds by waiting for Konate to catch up with him, when he could have put his body between the ball and Konate and milk the moment. We have useless attackers with limited ball sense. |

nateevs: I don't care what he did 100 years ago. Everybody cannot be poor at the same time. When it happens, it is a coaching problem.
You can see it clearly. Players standing in the wrong spots, in attack and in defence. Players are constantly missng their pressing triggers. No clear pattern of play, no method of attack and very average in-game management. See Nkunku that was balling before joining us now looks completely lost.
If Poch took over at City, they will immediately fall out of CL spots. You get time to dey reply am. |

raumdeuter: Kindly explain how Senegal and Equatorial Guinea scored 9 goals at the AFCON and crashed out in the 2nd round
Nigeria scored 8 goals and made it to the final, Could have won if our defence held out The team that outscore the other win the match and the Ivoiriens outscored us. The major difference between the Cote D'Ivoire team that lost in the group stage to us and the one that defeated us, was in their attack. Fae was smart enough unlike you, to detect the major problem and he fixed the attack and boom, they won the Nation's cup. Learn and rest.

WhoDeyHause: Adingra and Haller didn't play the first game we won against them in the group stage but we saw both of their contributions with 2 assists and a goal when we camped deep in our own half to defend our one goal lead. Nwabali even saved us from total humiliation while ekong our player of the tournament failed to mark kessie and Haller tightly when we were under pressure. If either of Jackson or sterling were sensible before the opener we should have been at least 2 nil up before then setting up to defend for our lives. I don't know which one is better cause truly some other teams have successfully defended their ways to major tournaments especially us in our two ucl wins but as far as im concerned our attack is more of a problem than our defence at the moment, even disasi we have been blaming since put in a man of the match display. If Nigeria had won that Nation's cup, we would have read tons of epistles, justifying why defence always wins you the titles. Football has evolved. If you like park trailer, opposition will later map out strategy to break you. Inter had a solid defence, but still bowed to City in the Ucl final last year. You need to have a dangerous striker that will occupy your opponents' CBs, and your other attackers will have pockets of space to exploit. When the opponents understand that your attackers are wastepipes in front of goal, you are at a huge numerical disadvantage, up against a quality side. Get quality attackers, while your defence is decent, your opponents will be begging for a draw. Barca showed this with makeshift Mascherano as CB and below average Valdes, smiling and doing little work because Messi was wrecking havoc upfront. In fact, Barcelona won another Ucl with Yaya Toure as CB in the final. It was that soft because they knew their attack was destructive. |

Fraudiola has learnt his lesson, he will buy us an attacker that can score 25+ goals/season. Only God knows how much he is paying Haaland per week. kingBolton: If you watch our matches this season and think our defence is our biggest issue, then I doubt you understand anything football. Was it not on this pages we were all lamenting our inability to break down low blocks? thesame attack that the likes of mudryk and madueke turn over the ball like the ball is a lava on their feet? The same attack that the player with the best hold up ability is Jackson ? Or you think when we complain of our attackers , it's cos they are not taking all their chances ? It's more than that , Which of the attackers in our ranks can consistently beat their man in a 1 vs 1 situation ? Which of the attackers in our team can the defenders punt the ball to and relieve team of pressure without turning it over?? I tire o. I doubt if because of consistent poor performances, anyone had wished any of our defenders, death before. Those big chances our attackers missed consistently, are terrible. Most of points dropped are because of them. |

Can you talk facts? Did a 4 year old stole your phone to type these jargon?
Which kind of assumptions is this? Assuming assuming assuming assuming.... So other teams will remain stagnant while Chelsea will convert more chances here and there? Why not outrightly assume Chelsea have won 25 matches played so far? That will be 75 points!
Who do you this thing airmark? The post wasn't for you as you could see that the question asked was directed to me and the person didn't throw in any other variables.
