what I meant is that since the North is accommodating terrorists which other parts of the country don't support then due to security concerns, SW, SS and SE might start plotting their own paths as the North obviously wants to use an Islamic agenda to hold down the country.

I remember when I went for the convention in 2010... God heard my prayers but night time no be here o as I had to sleep in the open old auditorium....cold nearly turn me into frozen fish for night as I went there unprepared.

FYI, Oduduwa republic has nothing to gain from this contraption called Nigeria but delayed progress. See cocoa house that was built in Ibadan over 50 years now but go to Ibadan, not much progress has been achieved since then in terms of sky scrapers. Yet we believe in pushing for a better future for ourselves collectively but Igbo ppl with selfish ambitions are saying otherwise, no wahala nah.....2023 will come and I hope to still be alive and healthy to witness it.

Bros, we are a people and government with no conscience. There is no love in this country at all. Churches everywhere but they are not influencing us the right way. I will say I am a strong believer in the doctrines of Christ but the church has failed us, the pastors don't care as long as the church coffers is full. which is why tithe is a contentious issue among us. I have come to realise that if we have love in our hearts, empathy will be there but unfortunately, it's far from us.

I just hope CAN or the religious bodies in Nigeria can take up the issue of telling the places of worship to leave every other message and preach LOVE into our minds for a whole year and see what the result will be because our challenges start from our mindset and only by relating the place of God in mankind's affairs will resonate most.....but will the heads of the religious houses do this, I don't think so as they are more concerned flying private jets, having people revere them more than normal, building worship auditoriums with the biggest capacity etc.

We all need a change of mindset in this country otherwise, being a security guard in one of the western countries will continue to be a better prospect than being a medical doctor in Nigeria.

Nothing wrong with the camels grazing on the grasses since schools are closed for now and it will also give the school management less work cutting the grass. It also promotes the idea of going green/ organic as there won't be need of using a mower which leaves carbon residue in the ecosystem

What we should be complaining here instead is the state of the of the school buildings. Delapitated roofs and the leaders of tomorrow are expected to use it as a classrooms. Nothing good for the nation ain't likely to come out from here.

Seems the SE guys are being told a lie by their adults and they gladly soak it up otherwise why would they be going around saying pa Awo died by poisoning himself....Awo died in his sleep at Ikenne ogun state and I remembered that very wet morning cos I was on a visit with my cousins to their hometown which was like 20km away from Ikenne and we were all watching the news on TV.

When Awo died, he was given a state burial.....before he was buried after his death, his body was taken round the SW states in a roofless car. Though I was very young, I can still remember encountering the convoy back then along Lagos Ibadan express way when we were traveling.

When Ojukwu died, he wasn't given such an honour as a state burial. He was a trouble maker. Azikwe was a better man with better reasoning which was why he didn't participate actively in the civil war. Seeing that it was an exercise in futility.

Nigeria's situation is bad already but why the lies or have these our SE brothers forgotten that there are two sides to a coin?

Obaseki got this fight with Oshiomole wrong. I don't suppose godfatherism but you don't engage in a fight you ain't sure if the outcome will be to your favour.

This is the second lawmaker out of the 10 lawmakers that Obaseki inaugurated and this surely shows he has no support from the foundation. I am sure more lawmakers will still leave him as we are getting closer to the election day.
