One day will always be

Troops of 29 Battalion deployed to Ebubu, Eleme LGA and the anti-robbery team deployed along Port Harcourt–Akwa Ibom road conducted a successful raid operation in Sime community.

During the operation, the troops engaged in a gun duel with members of the notorious Dey Bam cult group led by one Mr. Supreme, who has been on the wanted list of Rivers government.

Supreme was shot during the gun battle and later died as a result of excessive bleeding while several others (suspected cultists) escaped with gunshot wounds.

One SIGP228 pistol with registration number 299MME225 and ten rounds of 9mm ammunition were recovered during the raid.

The Chibok Girl who escaped from Boko Haram captivity on Wednesday has been identified as Mariam Mohammed-Isa, a 15-year old JSS 1 student from Chibok community, Borno state.

The special assistant to Ag. President Osinbajo, Laolu Akande made this known on twitter.

Mariam was found by the Nigerian troops while she was escaping from the captivity, according to President Buhari's P.A, Bashir Ahmad.

Quite Shameful. This video trending online shows two Nigerians in Dublin, Ireland attacking their landlord who wanted to evict them after they destroyed his house with fire.

Instead of leaving the house, they accused him of racism and tried to fight to get back into the home with pieces of the burned out house.

After some time, one of them who spoke Yoruba said " Look at you, as old as you are, fighting with young boys like us. You are supposed to be in your house drinking tea".

"Dami let's leave them" he added

The lady who identified herself as Idris Damola from Otun, Ekiti state, said she works at Ado Local Government, department of Agriculture.

When asked why she went to steal, Damola said she has a problem and her salary is not enough, adding that a charm was being used on her.

On how she got into the house, she said a guy named 'Kunle' brought her there because he asked her to marry him and she obliged...

Damola also pointed out that she lives with her grandmother in Akure, Ondo state.
