Do not mislead people. The provision of the law is that a winner shall emerge by simple majority of total votes cast, having won 25% of votes cast in two-third of the LGAs in the state, which in this case is 20 out of the 30 LGAs in Osun state. Period!

Both leading parties have satisfied this condition. Winner is by simple majority of votes.

In as much as APC's performance hasn't been laudable all over the country, being a very objective being, I still think APC has higher chances of winning Osun state, PDP could have if they had a better candidate and not some dancing senator that had F9 all through in WAEC. They misused this golden opportunity of taking over Osun state by choosing the wrong candidate.

Major of us get mute on Osogbo because we want to beat them to their game.
Some fools were saying that the results we have been announcing since 11:45pm yesterday were fake but they could all see it clearly now.
Remember that party agents have given certified copy at the local government level.
INEC is not doing anything new to party members but just authentic the results finally. If they born them well, let them add just one vote to Osogbo election, they will see fire.

Let the INEC has finally remark about the election results at the end of their collation.
Remember, INEC live collation at Osogbo is just a formality.
All the interested parties are the with results, INEC announcement is just to authentic it finally.

If the margin is too small, INEC will consider areas where there are cancellation of results.

And collations have been duly done at the ward level, and local government level before the results will be forwarded to state headquarters of the INEC
