Why don't you use google to get a thorough understanding but to set the ball rolling, a VPS which is a Virtual Private Server is a virtual operating system sold by some internet hosting providers which allows you to run programmes and have them automated so that it would look like you for instance had a personal computer running a virus scan for hours all on its own while while you attended to somethinf else,now back to your question,running any traffic software on your personal system can have it exposed to all sort of risk and besides its not smart allowing your system to keep running a program to its fullest capacity for hours non-stop as such having as having a VPS with windows 7 Os,7 GB ram and 3.3 GHZ can run your traffic bot 24/7 at a better speed than your system as long as you got the vps from a good hosting company,you can also auto-trade on your bot amongst so many other task and as such if you want to venture into bot-traffic generation,a VPS is a must have.

For those who would want to venture into video animation,a basic 1GB dedicated Dedicated video memory would suffice which could be gotten in Hp dv6 and some brands of hp dm4 or better still you could go for xps Dell l501x which i use at the moment as it's a 2nd generation core i7 with a dedicated 2Gb dedicated video ram and it doesn't cost an arm!

You just have to move on. You've 2 options:
1. Buy reviews to move your ratings up, but I don't know how many reviews you need because Fiverr rating doesn't increase easily.
2. Move on with the 96% and work harder to satisfy your clients to get positive reviews
You may also be advised to beg him to remove the review, but I don't think they will affect your rating.
96% rating is not really that bad; you can use buyer's request to get more sales.
In case you have similar situation next time, don't work for anybody you have heated argument or disagreement with while negotiating, because some of them will only order your gig to hurt you. I rejected an offer of $150 last week due to similar situation as I considered the way the buyer was bluffing and complaining before ordering the gig.

hey.....i am not into the medicinal field to start with,having said that the question i ask is how many engineering corper are assigned very sensitive tasks as in any slightest comparable way to those corpers in the field of medicine-a serving corper doctor just died last month from an occupational harzard right in kaduna state where i serve,so pls those who are schooled in the field of medicine practice their discipline and they handle the most sensitive issues during their year of service hence their claim to whatever entitlement they deserve is right

About this bill, I think people should learn to separate politics from what is rational.

I consider myself a Christian, so I cannot support anything that would hurt those who believe in the gospel of christ.

I 've gone through the bill and apart from a little fine-tuning that it needs, I really don't think it's a bad one.

Some quick questions:

1. How many of you enjoy churches or mosques that are almost making you go insane in your area? Sometimes, it's just 5 members inside a cubicle making your life unbearable.

2. Is the bill only for christians?

3. How much do you like islamic preachers or pastors that preach hate.

4. Shouldn't religion be a private endeavour? Why should a muslim loudspeaker wake me up by 5am or a Christian vigil keep me awake all night.

5. Do you know how many Nigerians with dreams of a brighter future have been sent to their early graves as a result of hate sermons.

Ps: I have my reservations about the licensing thing because it can be abused, though it's not even the government that's doing the licensing.

I believe that there has to be a way of curbing the excesses of these zealots, but dont hate that bill because you hate el-rufai.
