If you have some cash to spare on the side, you should invest in silver bars, they are a safe investment that could get as high as 5X its present value or more, way faster than any land you buy now or property to rent would accrue [even if you're getting 10% annually].
A 1kg Silver bar should be like N300K at this rate while that of Gold should be about N18m at these rates.
Remember when I said we should buy around that 1550 area for the long run?

I have being a long time follower of Douglas Casey
He is a commodity master speculator and he believes that during financial crisis it is safest to hold physical gold or silver,keep enough cash at home as banks can even deny you your money through Government fiat(we saw that recently in Greece).
In his books Crisis investing, strategic investing both written about 39yrs ago,the principle are still very valid today.
He elaborated about south Africa physical gold dealers and their addresses.
Don't forget coronavirus is almost on very major country as we speak, it's only a matter of time before panic and Hysteria start taking over.
Since almost major stocks of Western countries are at record high point, I think coronavirus may be the catalyst that
will trigger stock market selloff.

Are you saying that your team are on the trading floor at midnight, 7hours before official trades opening time to execute trades on clients accounts?
Under listed are a few of your quotes where you clearly stated closing times and openings [which are about the usual times for trading floors, hedge funds and banks].
Now for the case of using Dukascopy/saxobank, isn'tit it absolutely weird for a hedgefund/bank to go through brokers to execute trades, ideally its usually the other way round. Can you please elaborate on this anomaly?

For me, forex trading is never about who is right or who is wrong... because its all ‘speculation’. No body, I repeat NO BODY knows what price is going to do,...not even ECB President can say how EUR would react exactly when he announces euro rate etc... (massive funds can shift price suddenly and abruptly ,...but it will still settle and price will eventually do what she wants).
Fundamentals / News events is not really my stronghold,... but i am always fascinated and thrilled listening to those who actually knows what’s happening behind the scene.. (thanks blackeurope)
