I don't think you need tweak anything,what you need is some patience and perhaps a little pryramiding, you methods looks simple but research shows it to be one of most realible, profitable and consistent strategy(according to John Hill's book:The ultimate trading guide)what I love most about it is the allowance for very small stop loss especially on major currencies with low spread.
The only short comings with it is that it cannot pick end and perhaps begin of trend but no strategy is perfect.

Why are Nigerian always a difficult people, sometimes I wondered.

But you ask for people's opinion about EUR/USD in the first place, you should be able to take it either against your methods or not.
After all anyone can be wrong but something about markets and trends are fact which are not subjective to our personal believe.
EUR USD had move down in the last 5days that's a fact. EUR/USD will move upward tommorow is nothing near a fact (opinion).
That what we mean by trend, I hope you get the message.

Why bullish,it has gone bearish in the last five days, do you want to force a bullish direction on her,I think it's better to follow the trend, though it's at a strong support but I will still favor same direction except it change on Monday but for now I think it is less stressful and more profitable to follow the trend.
