U can't replace Resident Doc bro. Forget stunt. They've gone far knowledge wise to be replaced. Any Doc not doing residency is either a consultant, or a G.P who will need years of training to get to the level of Snr Resident Doc and do what they can do.

They are resident doctors in private practice too , they will be recruited .
The consultants will guide and bring them up to speed .

In UNN 200 level, the lecturer Engr dr c u nwoji fixed a test which is 30 marks for morning but some reason it was postponed to afternoon, I didn't know .so I went to the hostel (alvan) to sleep.

I noticed that the hostel was empty as engineering student was mostly there.i jumped up from my sleep, suspected that something was wrong, I called my friends but as it was ringing they were switching off the phones , na so I used speed run to hall,see as they were smiling with the test papers in their hands .they have just finished writing the test.

Just few ones are permanent in private due to circumstances.
Those permanent in private are getting their good pay with their limited knowledge, and they can't replace Resident Doc who are Semi-specialist already.

Don't worry ,the reputable recruitment agency that will get the contract to engage the doctors will avoid all these kinds .

for doctors working for teaching hospitals is like engineers working for NNPC, the additional benefits is that it comes with more experience to boost their profile .
