Kaycee7: The only way you would know about Vaes Dothrak is from the book. Unfortunately, some of us don't read it so we had no idea about that custom. What happened last season was revenge. Mutiny happened this season. I mean, Ellaria and the Sand Snakes could have run for their lives or faced their execution. I don't know about you, Oh clairvoyant one, but I never saw the mutiny coming, and apparently so did many other people. Ok you got technical on me. I did not mention Vaes Dothrak. Some ITk did in threads past, albeit I became aware of it. Ellaria never hid her disdain for Doran. Killing of the crown prince's bride in same boat as her father is as good as his head on a plate to the lanninster. It does take clairvoyance to speculate. While the form of the mutiny may be intriguing, the idea is no suprise. |

Kaycee7: So you knew there would be a coup in Dorne? That Dany would be told to go to Vaes Dothrak to stay, abi? *In Shao Kahn's voice* Don't make me laugh.
Anyway, that Trystan na better mumu. Immediately, he turned his back on Obara, I began to laugh. Yes, the the mutiny started last season when Myrcella was poisoned. Yes, Vaes Dothrak was inevitable for Dany since she had the misfortune of landing amongst the horde. She is their widow. |

Try watching it a second time.
It's up to melisandre to give life to Jon snow I think. I believe so too. Seeing John Snow lifeless body really shocked her. The lord of light has to come up with a new trick in his archive , Thoros of Myr is not nearby. |

If John snow is really dead, why is his body still on a slab and not burnt. He may be dead but I believe his body still has a role to play. Mostly boring episode except for the Mellisandre revelation. |

Hanendez: Though tears didn't stream down my cheeks, but I was pained on the inside. How can someone from a third world country like Nigeria, which has most of its citizenry living on one dollar per day, expend one million naira on a pair of gold encrusted and plaited snickers? The height of bovine improvidence and dissipation you would say.Tuface who comes from one of the most impoverished state in Nigeria,Benue state, couldn't as much as take into account the fact that his state is ranked the state with the highest rate of hiv and aids in nigeria. He didn't take into account the unenviable fact that benue is the least most industrially undeveloped in ratings. All of these stats is a gritty pointer of the ravaging and grinding poverty in his home, yet in his crass egotistical brazenness,he posed with these shows which can pay for the Waec and jamb forms of at least 200 pupils. These shoes carry the financial clout of providing medications to cottage hospitals. Its outrageous and preposterous that this man who many see as role model would put up a fashion faux pas as this. First of all like everyone said, its his money, non of your business. Secondly, just in case you are a child with shallow mind, Tuface is a performing artiste, the shoe is part of the razzmatazz. |

TV/Movies › Re: Orange Is The New Black Fan Thread by Akanniade(m): 1:59pm On Nov 04, 2015 |
Uc25: Really?......i read online that it was inspired by one american named Piper Kerman(the real Piper) that was convicted for money laundering charges and that her experiences in prison provided the basis for Orange is the new black. http://theeagleonline.com.ng/15-years-buruji-kashamus-case-becomes-internet-tv-series-us/The article is too long. With her prison memoir “Orange is the New Black,” and the Netflix series that followed, Piper Kerman may have spun gold from the youthful crime that nearly ruined her life more than a decade ago, but the heroin trafficking case that upended her Ivy League world is still an open book at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse in Chicago. With a mix of comedy and drama, and packed with tales of lesbian sex and inmates abused by guards, the edgy, fictionalized version of Kerman’s life in prison has become one of the hottest shows in Hollywood this year. But in the real story behind the experiences of the fictional “Piper Chapman,” the central character is the accused drug kingpin, a Nigerian businessman and political boss who has avoided U.S. authorities for 15 years. Buruji Kashamu, who is frequently given the royal title “Prince” in African news reports, claims he was targeted in a case of mistaken identity. Rather than being the international drug smuggler known as “Alaji,” he says he was actually a U.S. government informant who provided information about terrorist attacks on the U.S. before and after 9/11. The U.S. attorney’s office in Chicago won’t say much about the case because Kashamu is still wanted on charges alleging his drug ring moved millions of dollars worth of heroin from Europe and Southeast Asia through O’Hare International Airport during the 1990s. |

I enjoyed season 1-3 but i was constantly looking for how Kasamu, the alleged nigerian drug baron senator is involved in the story ( i heard the series was inspired by his exploits).
Alex easily the hottest, followed by Morello. |
