Using a capture card but that'll will require a PC to run the capture software so there isn't a cheap option on the PS3, AFAIK.

Actually, a mobile phone can record gameplay

I've noticed a few typos in the original post but can't change them as I may get banned (which I did get intially) so bear with me.

Folling a request from a fellow nairalander, I will be building a budget oriented PC here and shipping to Nigeria. It's a mix of new and used parts based on the availablily of some of the components required. It should be noted other options of parts choice were discussed and this was tailored for his needs and budget.
The build will be primarily used to run some Engineering CAD software and light video editing tasks and also be able to handle some gaming.

Here's a parts list

CPU - Intel core i5-2400 - This is compatible with the LGA1155 socket and sports 4 physical cores so will be great for multitasking and running applications that make use of multithreading.
Motherboard - Asus H61M microATX motherboard
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB - excellent 1080P card with the 4GB buffer...most games will run at High Setting
RAM - Team Elite 1600MHz DDR3 8GB - this is very essential for multitasking and CAD/Light video editing programs
PSU - Corsair 430W 80+ certified semi modular unit. This should make cable management easier to deal with.
HDD - 2000GB Western Digital hardrive...plent of space for games, music and videos
Case - Corsair Carbide 88R windowed case- good airflow case when its time for gaming, silent for when doing light tasks.
Case fan - Antec True UFO 120mm White LED airflow fan

I should have the parts delivered by the end of the week and hopefully will upload a video build of it...I just need a camera stand or cameraman ... I'll have to ask the missus nicely.

You took that track like a boss. I was reminded of Sabine Schmitz real life doing the ring in a white van in 10'08'49.

It's a shame project cars doesn't have vans on the roster. Would have loooved to see you attempt to beat that time.

I'd love to drive on that track for real though...but not in a van...lol

The TPM Module arrived today. This provides encryption for may data on a hardware level rather that software that can potentially have it's code hacked.This module enables bitlocker to be used, a must for my OS drive and Home folder..some important stuff in there.

On the right is the old TPM module used on my Maximus Ranger 7

I hear that bro thanks...little mistakes here and there entering some corners so there's room to improve. i've been using the G29 so going back to the PS4 DS4 was a bit tricky..will try and beat 6:56 soon.

Deadzones can be adjusted within Project Cars, don't know about the others racing games. I've completely removed them for racing.

I see your point, using an old engine for PC which will be updated in PES 2018. Whats being introduced in the new engine?

No, you can't buy any processor that ends with HQ/HK. It is only sold to manufacturers like HP,DELL and the likes.

You can buy Retail versions.

Believe me when I say that I'm more than happy with this spec requirements. At this point in my life, I'm not so concerned with high visual fidelity. All I need is a decent framerate. I still play zork btw...

Baba! this game no be me at all...handling is completely off..I can't even use the analogue stick on the PS4 DS4. Forced to use the triggers to accelerate and brake..nah fam! I'll stick to Project Cars..abeg get am from oceanofgames... that's the definition of proper racing or perhaps Assetto Corsa

My new gaming PC has just been fixed so I'll download and post some times soon. Just giving here some finishing touches.

I had some serious issues doing the cabling as I forgot to note down the pin numbers so ended up getting two pin outs wrong. With the help of my pals online got it sorted and now it works like a charm.

before now i used to think the higher the GPU MODEL NUMBER the better the graphics like 740m is better than 580m

not until i read online and used some of the graphics card to compare

Yea some get confused with the Nvidia GT and Nvidia GTX models.

I saw Asus GL552JX Intel Core i7 ROG CN141H 15.6 inch for 285k. Also Asus X751LJ Intel core i7 T4043T for 226k and Hp pavilion 15 intel i5 touch screen for 206k.

The ROG is by far the best with the GTX950M dGPU but thats approaching #300k territory. What GPU does the HP Pavillion have?
