You're right, I live and work here in Italy.most married men(not all) are facing the same thing here. The wife won't contribute a dime towards the upkeep of the house but will be sending their money home to family and also buying properties in Nigeria while the man pay everything.

Today i woke up and told her to put her things together before i come back from work cos I'll be taking her back to her parents then she started telling me that it won't pain her cos she has money now and that she has been planning to rent a house before now, so i replied her and said it's good. Then i left to work and after some time while i was at work my mind was telling me to close earlier than usual and i heed to my mind and closed and headed home. Immediately i got home she had already chartered a cab and was packing her things, so i entered the house and checked her load that she was arranging then i found out she had packed alot of foodstuff palm oil, groundnut oil, rice, beans, spaghetti soaps, detergent etc. Then i quietly started packing them back to the kitchen and told her this are my properties, the next thing she did was to slap me and hit me and i got angry and beat her. After some time of dragging she left and i told her to leave the kids which she did. Right now i got to find out through my house help who is staying with me that she didn't go back to her family house but rather she went to her cousin's place to stay cos she overhead her phone calls with her cousins when i left for work.... So as it is now, nobody from her family knows she has left my house.

Shame is part of the reason she doesn't want to go back home and offcourse none of her elder siblings supported all her cheating acts that i've been complaining to them about and she got angry and stopped talking to them cos they didn't support her.

Please call her family ( especially her parents) to intimate them she's no longer in your place. Change the keys to the apartment and don't accept her back no matter the pleading from family members.

As for the time one should get married, it depends on a lot of factors. For women, the factors aren't much. But for a man, hmmmmm. I won't say much.

For a man, it has nothing to do with age. But for ladies, anything from 20 is fine.

Age also play a big factor, in a working system a man should get married at most by age 30, imagine getting married at age 40 God helping you have your first kid at almost 41, at age 60 your first kid will be 19yrs. This is when both of you are favored with kids immediately. Have seen couple waiting up to 5 or 10years before getting their first child

Please use the word some, have lived in Milan Italy for 7years, came in via study route, currently with a permanent residence permit which I got September last year(2024). From my study these guys constituting nuisance in Italy and France majority not all came in through land( Sahara desert and the Mediterranean sea) they won't integrate into the system causing problems for themselves. After having issues in Italy they pay some of these mafians to smuggle them to other part of Europe cause of free movement of goods and services (Europe is boderless)

That's the only solution, states houses of assembly should liase with state attorney Generals and commissioners of justice to come up with laws criminalising it.

The only solution to this, state government should use their security votes to train(training should be done by the Nigeria law enforcement agencies preferably the police),arm community vigilanties with proper arms in alliance with each local government areas. These vigilanties must be member(residing) in their respective communities and must be deployed in their respective communities after training and profiling.
The respective houses of Assembly should come up with laws backing the vigilanties.

If the government are ready to curb this madness we will know, but currently they are not ready.
