Family / Re: He Is 36, Still Stays With His Parents And Wants To Marry Her. Help!!! by akinademayowa(m): 7:41pm On Mar 21, 2015
SmartFaces:
She is my client and this is the story.

He is 36years of age, still lives with his mum, feels very lazy and scared to do anything for himself to generate income, depends on his mum for virtually everything because she is rich, had never taken any form of responsibility what so ever, yet he wants to marry her.

Can he make a good husband and father considering the fact that he is so so lazy?

Can he give anything whether love, money, take responsibility, just name it considering the fact that he has been on the receiving side from childhood till now?

Can he be romantic enough and be good on bed, considering the fact that he forms to be so churchy and righteous...He spends all his time in the church and other religious gatherings.

More so she does not love him or even have an atom of feeling for him, but he said "The Holy Spirit Ministered to him, that she is his wife"

What should she do?

For references, feed backs and supervisory purpose, please follow this account, before or after your contribution. Thanks people.

So,someone who goes to church regularly and is effective in the church may not (or can not ) be romantic and good in bed, right? that's a new theory that I'm hearing o....when does being effective in church have to do with how romantic one is?

hmmmmmm
there's only one way by which this man can totally be delivered, it's not about fasting and praying, not about seeking for deliverance somewhere, not about him trying to change his lifestyle and stop this habit..... if he really wants to be free, all he needs is to come to Jesus -for there's no salvation in any other.... but in Christ Jesus. if he hasn't come to the end of himself and realise his need for a saviour, because he can't help himself.....I'm afraid he'll continue like that. if man could help himself out of troubles by any and every other means, then Jesus wouldn't need to have come to help.....now the help has been made available to you because Jesus has paid for it,your own is just to come and receive it.....simple.COME TO JESUS

this is very shameful.indeed,it's true what the Bible says that judgment will begin in the house of God.and if the righteous are scarcely saved,What's d fate of unbelievers.I won't really doubt if someone says this is that N6billion naira at work, because for God's sake, what does collecting PVC has to do with participating in communion? where does he see that in the Bible? I actually wonder these days whether the church of God is for Christ Jesus or it's a political platform. The church of God has just totally lost the purpose of her existence in Nigeria, and she has become mingled of with the affairs of the society....well,the time is coming, and it's at hand when God will take over again.just watch out!

They said he didn't campaign, what if he was to campaign, what would he have said? "vote for PDP and not APC? " nonsense all together. must a campaign speech necessarily address a party or candidates or their achievements before it can be classified as campaign speech? His presence alone is enough campaign,So let no one fool. anybody here.every body knows his motive of coming, not for prayer (that was a lie) but for campaign.
besides, the fact that people were shouting was not enough to say he's accepted by them.when people like somebody, they shout. when people don't like somebody, they also shout too.So who. knows whether people's shout was actually to chase away oga Jona or not?
Besides,it's an ultimate shame that such things are being allowed in the church. people who have understanding will know what I'm saying.the church of God is gradually becoming a political party (or rather it has already become one),and that in. the presence of our So called "leaders". it's well. I'm not for GEJ, neither am I in support of GMB,politicians will forever remain politicians. The church of God is just being degraded because of her lack, or possibly, loss of her mission on earth.

Politics / Re: Primate Olabayo’s shocking predictions About 2015 General Election by akinademayowa(m): 7:45pm On Dec 27, 2014
As much as I believe most of the things said here,I only see them as mere predictions. most,if not all that were written, are things and incidents that are logically bound to happen. in that sense, I think we shouldn't see them as things that "God said" will happen. when God speaks, his words are direct, and specifically certain..God's words don't contain uncertainties such as "maybe, maybe not,I think,....and all such probabilities ". if it were to be God that has spoken,it'll be "this and that" will surely happen, not something That's unsure. so,because of the probable nature of this predictions, most of them might not just come to pass, because they are just product of mental exercises. however,I believe the predictions are mostly true.on a personal note,I have a little fear for this coming presidential election.I just think it'll be so complicated. Religion / Christ Jesus: The Saviour King!!! by akinademayowa(m): 6:01pm On Dec 24, 2014
Matthew 1:21 says " She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins"
Luke 1:30-33 read " And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end."
Mark 4:35-41 say "..... And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, JUST AS HE WAS, And other boats were with him......"
As the world celebrates the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,I felt I should put this out into writing.....
Concerning the story of how Jesus was born, only two out of the four books of the Gospel,as we generally know it,give us the account of how Jesus was born. The two are the Gospels according to Matthew and Luke. And,although both reveal to us the same truth about Jesus, yet their initial introductions about the person and purpose of the coming of Jesus were not the same. And I felt that if we want to know Jesus as he actually is,if we want to relate with him as we are expected to,if we are to "take Him as He is" into our lives, then we must need to apply both the introduction of Matthew and Luke.
The Holy Spirit through Matthew introduces Jesus to us as a saviour, hence he wrote "...for he shall SAVE his people.....". On the other hand, the same Holy spirit through Dr Luke introduces Jesus to us,not as a saviour but as a king. Hence, Luke wrote " ..and He shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of His kingdom there shall be no end".
I dont know how many reasons to itemize to describe why Jesus was born, but from these two passages,I see the two reasons why Jesus came:to bring salvation and to reign. Every other reasons hang upon these two:that He came for the purpose of bringing salvation/redemption and to establish the kingdom of God on earth through the saved people. He's "both Lord and Christ ". The purpose of God for sending Christ to the world doesn't end at salvation of men. Salvation is for the benefit of man as an individual - to bring man out of his woeful and deplorable condition due to the fall, but the kingdom is for the benefit of God -to express Himself and exercise His authority through the church in the world. If the matter of the kingdom hasn't yet come to reality, then God's purpose is yet to be fulfilled. One reason why the much anticipated second coming of Christ seem to have become an unrealistic expectation is because, although many have been truly saved, yet the kingdom aspect hasn't been fully exercised. Many Christians know about salvation, but little or nothing about the kingdom. We have reduced the kingdom to become something of a theoretical doctrine, and as something to come in the near future. It baffles me alot to see some who think that when the rapture comes and we get to heaven, that's when we enter the kingdom of God. And so, their goal is,number one,to make heaven. If you are truly born of God and furthermore you understand what the Christian life is,then the matter of making heaven won't be your goal again, but it'll become a reality to you that already "you are seated with Christ in heaven" and that "your life is hid with Him". So then there's no need of trying to make heaven again. Salvation doesn't come to us just because God wants us to make heaven. If that were to be the case, then I think the day we got born again we should have fallen down and died immediately and go straight to heaven. But of course that's not the case today,we still remain on earth today. That's enough to tell us that primarily as children of God,God needs us first and foremost here on earth and not in heaven.
As we celebrate Christmas, we should know that Christ didn't come only to save, but also for the His kingdom on earth. When John began,he preached "repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand". The same as Jesus too. For what purpose did John preach repentance? And why should men repent? It wasn't because of man himself but for the sake of God and His kingdom. That is the focal point of the Gospel. The Gospel of salvation,of grace, of redemption.... is being preached, but if it hasn't grown to become the Gospel of the kingdom on earth,it's not yet complete. Jesus said "And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world... and then shall the end come". I'm not in any way trying to differentiate or separate salvation and the kingdom, but we should know that salvation restores to man what man lost at the fall, and even gave man a better package, but the kingdom is what will restore to God what God lost at the fall. So although God's ultimate purpose on earth is the kingdom, yet HE can't achieve that except man is first saved. Then we shouldn't stop at salvation,we need to press further to seek the reality of the kingdom of God. JESUS told Nicodemus "except a man be born again,he cannot see (or enter into) the kingdom of God ". Why does a man need to be born again? It is not just for him to be experiencing the power and grace of God (I can never rule that out as it's very important ) ,but it's so that God might establish His kingdom through him on earth. Salvation deals with the individual man, but the kingdom is something that concerns many (to be experienced and expressed through many that have the same life of God in them). God's purpose is to express Himself and His authority on earth through man (That's the kingdom). But man has fallen because of sin,and thus become disqualified to fulfill God's purpose of the kingdom. Hence,God needed to reach out to man to save him from sin and every of sin's effect (That's salvation ) so that man can become again more than qualified to be able to express God's authority on earth,to bring in the kingdom of God on earth. As children of God,we shouldn't just stop at salvation,we must have the matter of the kingdom as our focus. We know that you have received Christ as your saviour,Thank God for that. But is Christ also the king over your life? As a saviour He has saved you (even if you don't realize it),but as KING, he wants to govern your life. Do you give him the chance to do just that? Or you are still the chief master over your own life? If only we really understand this matter of the kingdom, and the description of the purpose of God from eternity to eternity,we will detest every form of human government and seriously yearn for God to express Himself and His authority as He desires through us and through His church. Do not see Jesus as only a Saviour. It's not enough to see Christ just as a saviour BUT also as a King over your life, because He's a SAVIOUR for the purpose of exercising His power and authority on earth, both through you as an individual, and through His Church collectively. Have you accepted Jesus just as He is into your life -both saviour and king?
Merry Christmas

And do u think, after having sex with guys like that, you will find easily someone else who will receive u as his wife with the whole of his heart ?.I think u need to suspend that and think better again, and like I said, there's a better way and you will have a great and fulfilling home.u want to know what d way is? it can never be So much clearer to me that this man just absolutely lacks the understanding of the word of God.He doesn't even have the most basic and fundamental knowledge of the Bible,of who Jesus is,of who Paul is,of who the Holy spirit is,and because of his ignorance, he doesn't know How they are related.u can't explain the word of God with mental knowledge, it's not just possible.anyway, since he has made up his mind to gush out all his erroneous and wrong concepts of the Bible and of God,Good luck to him.there have been many people like him that God has revealed the truth to them today, only that Femi Aribisala's own might just be too late for him.Remember,no matter what anybody says or thinks, truth will forever remain the truth.Jesus Is Lord Forever!!!
Religion / Re: 5 Myths About Spiritual Spouse by akinademayowa(m): 12:25pm On Nov 22, 2014
actually,I can say spiritual wives and husbands are real.I have never doubted their reality before, neither do I fully accept their reality, until recently when someone was relating to me about her experience with such spirit husband, and it's something that affected her body physically, then I concluded that it's real. but the thing is,there are many things that are not necessarily because of spiritual wives or husband.u said if u wake up in d midst of d night and u get aroused ..... That's not necessarily because of spiritual wives or husband tormenting u,in many cases it's purely natural.take for instance, before u sleep in d night,u watched pornography or movies Where they displayed sexual intercourse to u,and u sleep only to find urself having sex in the night or being aroused, it's not because u have a spiritual wife or husband,it's because of the film that u watched, it's purely mental.don't deceive people with fake instances.the lady I was speaking about earlier, I just prayed simple prayers with her, told her few things and believe me,that was the end.So if u are suffering from spiritual husband or wife,or u know who is suffering from such, I tell u the ONLY lasting solution you can have,is not to go from deliverance to deliverance, they will just be deceiving u and wasting ur time without any result, like the sister I was talking about.but the only solution is to give your life to Christ. Well, you can argue that even Christians do have spiritual husbands and wife and they don't know what to do. Well, you may be born again indeed, but unfortunately u don't know who and what you are,as a Christian. as a child of God,no demon is supposed to harass and torment u,except u give them the chance.
Religion / Re: Understanding The Concept of Tithing by akinademayowa(m): 4:41pm On Nov 03, 2014
I honestly would have loved to write much on this matter of tithe, but I hate arguments, because arguments can never resolve an issue.every body will just. contribute his or her own views about something, and nobody will want to accept that another person is either right or wrong. but know that God has not called us unto confusion, neither is He the author of confusion. I think one of the greatest problem the church and individual Christians face today is. that we have too much knowledge. this one has his own view about something, that one also. have his own different from the other, and each of us wants to convince every body that it's his own that is correct because he received it by a kind of revelation. That's nonsense. the word of God is simple and direct to understand. moreover, the Christian life isn't a life of "what somebody did,I also must do",it's not a life of rules and regulations of any sort, and it's not about the necessity of doing or not doing something. if it's paying of tithes that God considers before he can bless a man,it means the tithe payers should be on the list of world's richest people. whereas I'm not against tithe, yet I'm not saying u "must" or u "should" be paying tithe. those who emphasize tithes in the church are just blind to spiritual truths in the Bible.check all of them, the only passage they can quote best to support tithe is Malachi 3:8-10 or So.....to cut my words short, the Christian life is about living according to the will of the spirit. do u know that if for example you collect your salary, and God ministers to you to give the whole of every thing to a nearby person who is in need, but u just take 10% and pay in the church, you have. not obeyed God and your tithe is unacceptable? our problem in the church is that, most of our So called pastors have made us church-ward in all our doings, all in the name of doing or giving to the work of God.read the Bible very Well, even the old testament, you will realise that God demanded from Israelites three. different kinds of tithe, one for the priests /levites, one for the whole of the people, all of them to gather all their tithes and use it to feast before the Lord, and the third for those who are less privileged....if you understand what stewardship is,,you will know that there's Nothing you have or gain that is yours.how many times have you made a profit or collected your salary and you call unto God in your privacy to present the money to him that he should direct you on how to spend every penny Of it? yet That's what should be our attitude if we are children of God. personally I don't emphasize on tithe,I prefer telling people to present their all to God and let God direct them on how to spend it.thats true stewardship.
Religion / Re: Is Sexual Desire A Sin? by akinademayowa(m): 4:09pm On Nov 03, 2014
I have never seen a man that is So spiritual to the extent that he has never, and can never, have sexual desire. if you have seen such a man,or you are such a man, you can identify yourself here. the truth is,as long as we are human beings, and we still live in our human body, sexual desire will ALWAYS come, even if you don't think of having sex. it's just totally natural. the same way we get hungry,or thirsty, and we can never stop ourselves from being hungry, So also we can't stop ourselves from sexual desires. it's natural,God designed humans like that. Paul, in his letter to the Corinthians,he never condemned any one of them for having sexual desire, but he only said,"but if they cannot contain,, let them marry:for it's better to marry than to burn"1cor 7:9. to burn means to be pressed with d passion or urge for sex.
So,sexual desire on it's own is never a sin. however, the inability to control it is what makes a man to sin. when a man is pressed down with sexual passion,it's not sinful, but if he,being unmarried, proceeds to have sex, such is illegitimate and it's sinful. now it will. look. as if it's a punishment for someone, infact That's how many people see it. they say, body no be stone,or firewood.Yes,That's true, and That's Why d Bible says "...let him go and marry". So first solution to sexual desire is,go and marry. now if one isn't ready for marriage,or married but s spouse isn't around...there is a better way.,and That's self control. but self control is not what someone can just have by and of himself, it's a fruit of the Holy Spirit. The truth is that Why many people can not exercise self control is that they don't have the holy spirit that will produce the self control in them. I have found this to be very practical, and whether u agree or disagree can never change the fact.the reason Why,if you are born again,u need the holy spirit is to help in these kind of circumstances.when you are pressed down by the passion for sex,and you are not married,my conclusion is that, get on your knees, speak to your father in heaven about it,ask him to produce in you the self control that is needed at that point, and I tell you,you will be normal again, you will experience the self control working perfectly in you. sexual desire is a lust of the flesh, on it's own it's not sinful for someone to have it,but working towards expressing that lust, moving in the direction of the lust, is what makes a man to commit sin."but put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh to fulfil the lust thereof" Romans 13:14
Religion / "....and The Violent Take It By Force? by akinademayowa(m): 2:44pm On Oct 23, 2014
One of the verses of the Bible that has been given wide range of meanings and interpretations is this " From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force" Matthew 11:12. Many people use this verse especially when they want to make people pray very aggressively. But I think it calls for scrutiny So that we can understand what. this verse actually mean, because I think That's when we can know how to apply the verse. So I'm asking every one here, what do u think this verse really mean?.... that we should take the kingdom of God "by force"?, that we should pray aggressively So that Satan and demons will not terrorize us? that it requires force to take what belongs to us and our destiny from that hand of the evil people? let me know what you think pls. thanks.

Ayomivic: Can you imagine what the world is turning into ?I can't believe that christians too, whom our lord Jesus warns to be wise as a serpents and be harmless like dove can fall too to the tricks of Satan by supporting things like this.
You will hear some call christian saying perming is not bad, nothing wrong with christian ladies that wear trouser, nothing wrong with tattoo. They don't want to listen to God but they want God to accept everything they do. They want What they feel to be right to be what the Bible says or agreed upon, you can never see them quote the verse of scripture to back their sentiment.

Let me ask all of you that did not see what is wrong in tattooing ones body this quetions. Why would someone wants to tattoo his or her body, To fascinate God or to fascinate man?
The Bible say "the friendship of the world is enmity of God.Whosoever therefore will be friend of world is the enemy of God (James4:4-5)"

If you say tattooing ones body is not a sin, does tattoo make ones look like sons and daughter of most high God?

Whereas, the Bible says in Leviticus 19:28 that "Ye shall not make any cutting in your flesh for the dead not print any marks upon you. Iam the Lord "

let us becareful of what we will post because many people are reading it. What we are posting here can save lives and it can ruin lives if the care is not taken.

@Ayomivic,if u want hundreds of bible verses 2back up my point,i wl surely gv u.d truth is dt if righteousness comes by d works of d law, then Christ is dead in vain.let me ask u,if d bible says we shld nt love d world, does dt mean we shld nt eat d food dt is made in d world or we shldnt wear cloths dt sinners of d world make?or mayb ur own cloth &food r made in heaven i don't knw.d Christ life is nt actually quoting d do's n don'ts of d law.read n understand vry well Romans chapter 10 &11.d righteousness of God,wat makes u a right man in d sight of God,is nt because u obey d letters of d law,but d spirit.our righteousnes is by faith nt by d law.now if u read my comment vry well,i didn't actually support d tattooing one's body.to me it's always highly irritating wen i c it on ppl,but i can neva condemn any1 dt use it.d holy spirit doesnt condemn ppl,he rather seeks to justify them.but one thn I'm sure is dt if u r really born again n u r following d leadn of d holy spirit,i dont thnk d spirit of God wl lead u in2 tattooing ur body.wat wl make a child of God 2print any image on his/body?it's cos they want 2bcom world class.they want 2match up wt d standard of d world.but actually, friendship wt d world is enmity wt God.wat i posted earlier is actually correct biblically, but i still strongly blv dt d holy spirit wl neva lead u in2 tattooing ur body

The problem we av in Christianity today is dt many of us Christians approach Christianity in a religious way but Christianity is nt in any way a religion.we r nt bound by any law of do's n don'ts or by any rules n regulations.no matter ao we view ds thns whether we understand it or nt,al these do's n don'ts wl definitely put us back in bondage from whc Christ has made us free.we av nt received d spirit of fear again un2 bondage.no.Christianity isnt about u keeping laws or rules.it's about following d leadin of d holy spirit.now don't misunderstand me,I'm nt sayin dt there's sin again or that we r free 2do anythn ,no.but d truth is dt if u r born again,d holy spirit wl lead u n gv u d understandn of wat is right n wrong,nt u tryin 2follow letters of laws.i wl neither say yes nor no that wearing trousers or any of those questns dt tend to bring confusion, whether they r right or wrong.infact they can b either, depending on ao u r convinced by d holy spirit.for example, there is absolutely nothn wrong if females that understand d word of God wear trousers, not wrong @all.but if another female blvs dt it's wrong, but she starts to wear it just cos she sees another person wearing it n nt cos she's convinced in her own heart by d holy spirit,it's vry wrong for her.for anything dt is done wtout faith is sin.

I've read a lot of comments here &i observe dt even those who confess n profess 2b born again, most of dem do nt really knw what it means 2b born again.to b born again is nt just a theoretical experience but a practical life.so if u r tryn 2explain ds issue of deliverance based on theory-whether wat u'v heard some preachers preachd or just some letters u read in d bible wtout any inspiration n revelation of d meaning by d holy spirit 2u-u'l definitely end up in confusion &most unfortunately thinkin that we u read is d truth.if we really understand wat d death of Christ means practically 2us Christians 2day,u'l knw dt if u r genuinely born again-&God gives u a revelation of wat it means 2b born again-u don't need any organised deliverance again, infact, whether organised or nt,u don't need any.evry deliverance u'l eva need has been completed n perfected on d cross.now I'm nt against deliverance in any way,Jesus did it n he told his disciples:this sign shall follow those that believ,in my name they shall cast out demons.....now lets take note of somethn frm ds passage.who r those dt r 2cast out demons?those that blv.Jesus didn't say they wl b d ones to undergo d casting of demons out of them,,but they wl b d ones 2cast demons out.in other words,it's nt expected of those dt blv to still harbour demons in dr lives.Darkness n light can't live 2geda.now study d ministry of Jesus.it's to 2sets of ppl-d multitudes n d disciples.al d healing, miracles, deliverances etc,Jesus did them to d multitudes,nt a single one of such 2evn d least of his disciples.i didn't c anywhr whr Jesus laid his hand on peter or john or any of dem 2cast out any demon.y?because they r disciples n such can't b demon possessed.d ministry of Jesus 2d disciples was to teach them n train dem.d multitudes neva com closer nor intimately 2Jesus.after each crusad, bible recorded dt he sent dem away.but d disciples followd him evry whr.evn wen he spoke in parables 2d multitudes n they didn't understand,he told d disciples d interpretation.so dr's a wide diff btw disciples n multitudes.today we av 2 unfortunately kinds of churches-d church of multitudes n d church of disciples.it's in d church of multitudes dt God still perform deliverance nt in d church of disciples bt unfortunately many born again Christians find dr selves in d midst of multitudes.u as a born again child of God in d midst of multitudes dt still need salvation,u can't understand d truth about d word of God cos it'll b like speaking in parables wtout any interpreter.so i blv God still wrought deliverance today but nt for a born again child of God
