The Nigerian environment tends to subsidize a lot of unhealthy marriages and then tagged a "happy marriage".

A lot of things need unlearning but some are stuck in their ways... one said it was emasculating doing the dishes.😆😆😆

That reminds me of a draft dissertation of a Nigerian Psychology postgraduate student, I read and it was really insightful as it focused on the breakdown in marital relationships of some Nigerian migrants to the UK as the focus.

The project detailed how the UK system hits hard on Nigerian husbands who are so high on control and submission as the UK system deflates these. The researcher also brought up the demystication of income which counters many threads here that advocates a man should not let his wife know how much his income is but here in the UK, the wife knows it before it even reaches the man's account and the system forces the couples to be more open about their finances and they are forced to make joint decisions as it forces accountable leadership on husbands as against the lordship status, they "enjoyed" in Nigeria ....d person write many, many for the dissertation.😆😆😆😆

The Death of Sulayman
Allah tells us how Sulayman, peace be upon him, died and how Allah concealed his death from the Jinn who were subjugated to him to do hard labor. He remained leaning on his stick, which was his staff , as Ibn `Abbas may Allah be pleased with him, Mujahid, Al-Hasan, Qatadah and others said. He stayed like that for a long time, nearly a year. When a creature of the earth, which was a kind of worm, ate through the stick, it became weak and fell to the ground. Then it became apparent that he had died a long time before. It also became clear to Jinn and men alike that the Jinn do not know the Unseen as they (the Jinn) used to imagine and tried to deceive people. This is what Allah says:
مَا دَلَّهُمْ عَلَى مَوْتِهِ إِلاَّ دَابَّةُ الاٌّرْضِ تَأْكُلُ مِنسَأَتَهُ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّ أَن لَّوْ كَانُواْ يَعْلَمُونَ الْغَيْبَ مَا لَبِثُواْ فِى الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِينِ
(nothing informed them (Jinn) of his death except a little worm of the earth which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his stick. So when he fell down, the Jinn saw clearly that if they had known the Unseen, they would not have stayed in the humiliating torment.) meaning, it became clear to the people that they (the Jinn) were lying.

2a: Allah concealed his death to everyone... [there's something called Asbab Nuzur (cause of revelation)] in Islam, Allah concealed his death for a year to prove his power to all creatures that he alone knows the seen and the unseen... same way Prophet Isa (AS) Jesus was conceived to prove to the Israelite he's the most powerful being that can create from nothing to something vice versa.

2b: your question lacks logic... how can someone who's term dead be given food (westerners introduced embalm during embalming process is the dead given food there lies your answer.

2c: if ordinary mankind can introduce embalming how on earth is your brain didn't connect the dot that the supernatural being who created the universe can't do such. Scientists attested to your question through introduction of embalming dead bodies.

2d: if you can connect the above answers you should know this question of yours do not weigh valid arguments.

3: If it doesn't devoid logic, can trace down to the original incidence, people who witnessed the scene must be reliable etc... I'll definitely believe u.

With both fit to play against Spurs, who do you guys prefer to start.

My Opinion: I'll prefer Tierney to start over Zinchenko. Tierney is a good defender and a better defender than Zinchenko. He's not also bad going forward have we've seen couple of times against big teams. Moreover, Spurs are always deadly on the counter and most of their games this season doesn't involve Midfield play, so Zinchenko wouldn't be so needed to give us that Midfield advantage.
Son, Kane and kuluveski/Richarlison are known for pace, counter and getting in behind. Who better to stop any of those 3 than for Tierney on the left flank?

So what's your take guys, who would you prefer?

IMO... I will prefer Tierney (his defensive ability) because Arteta like to dictate play by taking the ball to opposition in their own half which gives oppositions good chance to counter us and they do capitalize on it especially when Partey is absent.

With Partey fit for the NLD I’ll prefer Zinchenko to give us more body in midfield and to strengthen LWS... unpopular opinion Zinchenko gives Martinelli the freedom to focus more on attack and have lots of options. Do you remember when Tierney, Martinelli and ESR man that LWS especially Martinelli with the way he comes to defense to protect Tierney when he attacks vice versa but since the introduction of Zini, Marti hardly track back which gave him the full space to penalize defenders one on one but the dark side is we are easily exploitable from that side due to Marti not tracking back which led to Manure 2nd goal or so.

In conclusion, I said it all boil down to Arteta tactical approach and the instruction given to the boys and I hope he has learnt his lesson on panic sub.

I prefer Podence also because he plays exactly like Hazard except that he's injury prone and not too good for squad depth for a team like Arsenal that is not being protected by officiating crew.

Neto is also a fine player, EPL experienced, plays both wings, physically fit and looks deadly.

Arteta is cooking but am afraid of his inexperience because his inept showed last season by bottling Top4 to Conte.

Players added are quite long especially Jesus because it strengthen the attack massively but still needs addition... On the other hand Zichenko is a real bargain, his technicality would help Arteta more in tweaking his tactics, I noticed against Palace he keeps manning both LB and Midfield which made him gas out quickly and it's exploited fully by Eze with his dribble.

All in all, those two players really boosted our attacking prowess.

Saliba, quite okay but I don't want to rush in passing verdict on him cause his true test is on Oct, though so far so good he's good and can be our next modern Tony Adams (I wasn't opportune to watch him but comments by people shows he's great.TD)

I won't mind we sign one more good winger that can play both wings and a DM that will deputies Partey in case injury or suspension arises.

Possible aspiration: I'm tipping Arteta for Top4 and a trophy.
