Kindly go back to your school students affair unit if they can help you re-upload your details. Same happened to me too though.
Meanwhile, you need to do that ASAP if your school hasnt submitted d hard copy for this stream

No, you will still go with the november stream, the message is just telling u dat you are not in the present stream 1, and you will be notified when the called up letter for stream 2 is available.
