You are right. Ibadan under PDP is rule by agbero. I had a terrible experience some 12 yrs ago. I dropped at Iwo road en route Lagos, I wanted to see my brother at UCH when suddenly all hell was loosed. I ran for my dear life. I spent almost 5 hours hiding with a young disabled man. It was a terrible experience. I have not visited my brother since then.
