You need to be in the US at least 2weeks before your program start date.
Infact, before classes begin, there'd be orientations and registrations which needs to be done a week earlier.
So for intended travel date, pick a date that is before your program start date ie July 30th.
So you can go for dates from July 15-25th

In my DS-160, when I’m filling the intended travel date, do I pick a time that is before 30th July (Program start date), say 25th of July or I can pick a date that is after program start date but not before 9th August (start of classes) , say 1st August.

I know that it’s just an estimate but I no want make mistake dey my DS-160, so if anyone has an idea, please answer.

It was a sad but unsurprising news.
Jungle justice is never a good thing, but resort to jungle justice when they've had enough of evil. If people know how long bad guys have been doing evil; robing, raping, and killing, before they get jungle justice, you won't pity them.
If they were sent to the police by the local vigilante, they'll one way or the other get released and they return to their evil work and if possible Hunt those that were involved in their arrest.
He's my brother, I've been away from home for almost 4 years, currently hustling in Sweden. I always get worried that he'll one day send his gangs to rob our vicinity if any of us comes back...well I heard he did so late 2020 in UMULO (our next door village).

It's painful that it had to end this way, but for Tochukwu my cousin, such as end was expected. It didn't come as a shocker to anyone in the community. He has been warned, begged and everything possible to desist from crime.
He's been into this for years. Only God knows how many people they have robbed, raped or killed. The community he went to carryout this operation is just few minutes away from our community (his home). I guess they've known about his activities, got fed up and decided to end it.

One thing I don't understand is how these guys get the sophisticated kits, guns and even video edition and other techs,while in the thick Forest..Lot of things ain't adding up here

Well I faced same situation with my Lady. had to sit her down and express how I felt bout the situation.
she really improved after it all tho it took a while but was a gradual process. just be patient, and don't seem to be too emotional by seeking too much attention and finally don't give her the key to control the relationship else she'll be the king while u serve. Gracias
