I made up my mind when i listened to the debate between AgbaJe and Ambode.My take is that AGBAJE is the right candidate for Lagos because he knows Lagos and has something to offer.Who is talking about experience?.AMBODE had been with LASG for 27 years yet it was Agbaje that gave us statistics on primary education in Lagos.Please compare Agbaje's and Ambode's answers to the question on Alpha Beta Consulting .Also find out AMBODE's answer on the question of Lagos as a mega city and compare it with that of Agbaje.Well we are used to follow-follow politics but my conclusion is that if AMBODE is "detached" from Tinubu ,he will just fall as a pack of cards.Fashola and Ambode are not in the same class and anybody who expects the same level of performance from Ambode must be living in utopia.For your information, get a copy of the debate and you will be delivered from follow-follow spirit.

The Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Chief Dr. Godswill Akpabio CON, has learnt about the unfortunate incident that led to the death of Rt. (Hon.) Okon Uwah, a former Peoples Democratic Party stalwart, and a one-time Deputy Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, who until his demise, was an APC Candidate for the Ukanafun State Constituency in the forth-coming General Elections.

His Excellency, the Governor and indeed the State Government condemn in its entirety the dastardly, strange and cowardly occurrence. Government regrets that, inspite of the accord on peaceful and violence-free elections signed by political parties in the State; some miscreants have decided to trample upon the law. It bears stressing that, no person’s political ambition is worth the blood of any citizen.

It is however to be noted that following the express directive of the Executive Governor, the security agencies had since swung into action and some arrests have so far been made. Besides, His Excellency has further directed that a full-scale probe into the event of Rt. (Hon.) Okon Uwah’s death be carried out to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to book, no matter their political leanings.

The Governor hereby warns that, violence and political thuggery of any kind will not be tolerated and accordingly reassures citizens of the preparedness of the State Government and indeed security agencies to maintain law and order and protect the lives of citizens as well as ensure a peaceful and orderly conduct of the 2015 General Elections in Akwa Ibom State.

His Excellency, Governor Akpabio commiserates with the bereaved family and assures them that the security agencies will unravel the cause of the tragedy and bring the culprits before the law.

APC Press Statement on the assassination of Rt. Hon Okon Uwah The All Progressives Congress (APC), Akwa Ibom State Chapter, has received with rude shock the news of the assassination of Rt. Hon. Okon Joseph Uwah, APC candidate for Ukanafun State Constituency in the April 11 elections, and a member of the Campaign Council of the Party. Hon. Uwah was assassinated yesterday by thugs of the Peoples Democratic Party in Nkek village during a unit tour of his constituency in Ukanafun Local Government Area. The Party condemns the assassination of Rt. Hon. Okon Uwah in the strongest possible terms and calls on the relevant authorities, including the Police and the Directorate of State Security to apprehend and bring his murderers to justice. The Party notes with the deepest concern that the foundation for Uwah’s assassination was laid at a PDP rally in Oruk Anam in February this year when Hon. Emmanuel Ukoette, PDP member representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency, on live television called on PDP supporters to kill whoever opposes the party in the state. Ukoette, who is seeking re-election, made this inciting statement in the presence of Governor Godswill Akpabio, who clearly endorsed it. Emmanuel Ukoette without doubt took a cue from Governor Akpabio who had said on live television also last year that those who want to get power without his approval will die. Those who carried out the assassination yesterday, led by Hon. Effiom Abai, Ukoette’s campaign coordinator and current vice chairman of Ukanafun Local Government Area, must have done so spurred on by the inciting statements made by PDP leaders in the state, including Governor Godswill Akpabio. It would be called that Uwem Ita Etuk, Akpabio’s current commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs expressly said on tape that APC supporters who come out to campaign and vote for the party would be killed and maimed.
We want it to the noted that Hon. Effiom Abai who the led the murdering squad that assassinated Rt. Hon Uwah is an aide to Prince Akpabio who nominated him for the position of vice chairman of Ukanafun. Capt Iniobong Ekong, special assistant to the governor on security and Hon. Enobong Uwah, commissioner for environment, have also issued a threat to kill APC supporters in Nsit Ubium, including the APC governorship candidate in the state and members of his family.
Eye witnesses to the assassination of Rt. Hon. Uwah said the killers invaded the venue of the meeting which Uwah was attending, bearing Hon. Emmanuel Ukoette’s posters and hailing him as their master. They reportedly shouted that Hon Uwah was going to pay for daring to oppose their master before setting upon the man and beating him to death. The APC has petitioned the International Criminal Court on the roles played by Governor Akpabio, Hon. Emmanuel Ukoette, Prince Akpabio, Uwem Ita Etuk, Capt Iniobong Ekong, Enobong Uwah and Hon. Abai on the assassination of Rt. Hon. Okon Uwah. The Party wants these PDP chieftains to face justice over Uwah’s assassination, which is the latest in a long string of politically motivated killings since this administration came into office in 2007. They should be held responsible for the assassination of Rt. Hon. Uwah and any future politically motivated violence in the state. We would like to alert the Court to the foundation which the PDP leaders in the state have laid for unleashing violence and bloodshed during the elections. Akpabio is clearly making good his threat that those who oppose him will die. As a mark of honour for late Hon. Uwah, the governorship campaign rally of the Party earlier scheduled to take place in Ini Local Government Area today has been cancelled. Hon Okon Uwah was the Deputy Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly between 2007 and 2011 and Chairman of Ukanafun Local Government Area from 2005 to 2007. Rt. Hon Uwah held sociology and law degrees of University of Cross River State (University of Uyo) and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Ali University. Before his illustrious career in politics, Rt. Hon Uwah worked as a banker with Citibank, Lagos. Godswill Akpabio came into office in controversy; he’s departing in scandal and shame. And for years to come, he will remain the most vilified and hated chief executive of our state. His legacy is filled with broken promises, abandoned projects, mounting cases of corruption and a huge debt burden of over N450 billion, of which N400 billion is owed contractors and civil servants. The huge unpaid obligations to the contractors explain why they have all withdrawn from project sites across the state. Julius Berger has already locked up the stadium which it built solely with its own funds with the understanding that the government would repay before the expiration of its tenure. The governor recently announced that the N80 billion he borrowed from the banks two years ago would be paid down to N35 billion by the time he exits in two months, but what of the huge unpaid contractors’ invoices and workers’ salaries and pensions? The litany of abandoned projects also signposts the massive corruption perpetrated in the course of his administration. Akpabio has not completed any of the key projects his administration started, namely: The Tropicana Complex, the new Airport terminal building, 21st Anniversary hospital project and Uyo-Ikot Ekpene Road, among many others. What then did Akpabio do with the over N3 trillion (three trillion naira) the government received from all sources in the last 8 years? Gov. Adam Oshiomole of Edo State made a direct reference to this in his interview in the Vanguard newspaper of Sunday, 15th March 2015.

The Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonji-Iweala had last year disclosed that of the N3 trillion Akpabio collected, he had spent only 10% of it on his well advertised projects. This means only N300 billion of the N3 trillion. It therefore means that N2.7 trillion had been stolen by Akpabio, his wife, brothers and other members of the gang. Recently, an online and newspaper publications revealed that Akpabio alone has estate in PortHarcourt worth N40 billion; estates in Apapa, Lagos worth N65 billion; estate and private residence in Shelter Afrique worth N87 billion. His wife owns a hotel in Ewet Housing Estate called Davok Hotel and a secondary school in Shelter Afrique both worth about N6 billion. These are just a tip of the iceberg. The Akpabio brothers and a select group of his commissioners benefitted richly in the massive corrupt empire called Akpabio government. The following are the net worth of some of them:

I get mad at people screaming Igbo are wicked because an Igbo man was involved. The truth is its a Nigerian thing . Nigerians can do anything in their quest for money. No tribe is exempted. The igbos are many in drug business and it is unfortunate that they have caused unquantified deaths in Nigeria.Remember how Late Dora tried to fight the fake drug mafia of Onitsha axis .Rememember the gun shot that almost killed the woman then.The case you mentioned is true but igbos are really killing nigerians (including igbos ) by way of fake drugs and it shows the little value the igbo society places on human lives in their quest for money.Must we look for blood money ?.This kind of business has dragged the image of reputable medical doctors through the mud in the course of prescribing drugs to patients as the drugs turn out to be fake.

A critcal look at the answers given by Agbaje and Ambode showed that Ambode is Tinubu's boy and cannot govern lagos like the present governor.Agbaje answered questions with maturity and supplied statistics where neccesary.He is not suppossed to be backed by Bode George.Jimmy is his own man and has what it takes to govern Lagos..

MY mind was made up when i watched the debate between AGBAJE and AMBODE.The man who answered the questions with maturity and deeper understanding of Lagos had my vote.Gone are the days when people were cowed to vote for just anybody in a party uniform.

One major reason is that the market is saturated with beautiful under-20s and this forces the demand for ladies over 30 downward.
