Good day, I have a question. I intend to visit France for 2 weeks as I do not have any traveling experience since all the while, I have my private business where all the document are valid and I have been paying kind of bonuses from my company account to my personal account. What is the best or purpose that is best that will give me high chance of getting visa granted, what your advice on this. Purpose of traveling? I applied in 2015 but was denied Because I couldn’t justify the purpose for traveling. How can I package my application on my PURPOSE

Thanks ekpotek, I appreciate. I will do just that
ekpotek:

If you are thinking of reapplying. You will need to provide documentation of each contract won in the last 6 months and documents from Fabex paint showing approvals of agreed payments into your account. These documents should clearly reflect in details how your commission was paid by Fabex Paint. Since you are an executive director and you and not on a salary, you should revised the online application form on Finance to reflect that.

Thanks for the response, I shared the story before applied for the visa, I needed opinions before applying. The monthl salary was not 2 million, I get paid based on contract won and making sales for the company as an Executive Director. I was not salary based, I receive based on commission on project but when I summed up what was entering from the company monthl it varies but I was able to calculate 2 million and less some other months based on the project that was carried out. What do you suggest I do in this situation?
ekpotek:

First issue: Your uncle refer to you as his cousin. Why? You are either his nephew or niece.

Second issue: Earning of N2 million salary per month. That is high even for people working in international oil and gas industries. I dont know if any one in a paint industry can earn this fabulous salary.

Third issue: Fabex Paint? Who own it? Is it a limited liability company? What is your position?

The ECO does not believe this company can be paying you that much of a salary per month as stated. These ECO lives in Nigeria and knows the salary ranges for many employment sectors. The ECO has concluded that those purported transfer from Fabex paint is unbelievable and suspicious.

Whats the balance on the personal statement of account submitted. Do you receive ur salary in cash , cheques or bank transfer? are you the owner of fabex paints? Whats ur position at work ? let me stop here ...

The balance is 4.2 million and I work there as an executive director, the salary is paid from company account to my personal account. All the money shows it coming from the company to the account and also a letter backing it up from the company.

Hello house.....
I need a quick answer to the questions below as regards to my application:
1. I want to apply for a UK visitor visa to visit an uncle and wife for Christmas, my wife and daughter will not be going with me. Do I need a consent letter from my wife to submit along with the application or no need.

2. I have travel together with my wife and daughter for vacation 2 years ago, do I need to copy the pages showing the details of traveling on their passports to submit along my application?

3. Does UK share biometrics data with other country, as regards to visa refusal in other countries?

4. I work in a company where tax have been deducted before salary is paid to me as regards I do not have a tax slip, I hope am fine without adding tax slip to the application.

5. Will I be allowed to submit family photos along with my application?

Thanks and waiting for an answer.

Thanks for the response, i forgot to ask these questions on my last message:

I hope it will not have effect on my application?

= Since i work with a company and the company have deducted tax before i get paid, i guess it not needed i add any form of tax to my document, though i do not have any visible. i'm sure they have tax card in Lagos but we dont in Ibadan...any help pls

I work as an Executive Director in a paint company where i was not based on salary but paid by commission and allowance and all are paid into my account and it also shows the name of my company on the statement though the payment varies, sometimes it can come in the account 3 or 4 times monthly and between 2-3 million Naira. No payslips as regards to this payment as am not based on salary. Please what document do i request from the company to support with application since it shows in my account that payment was paid by the company...Please help...

i and my wife had an interview with the US embassy last week and the interview goes this way:
vo: hi
me: good morning
vo: why are traveling to the US
me: vacation with my wife to visit a friend who lives in PA
vo: what do you
me: i told him
vo: turn to my wife, what do you do
my wife: she told him
vo: wait a moment, he checked our passport and asked if we both traveled together
my wife: said yes
vo: he took my wife passport and check a particular visa on it(which is dominican republic visa, although has expired since 2012),he checked it for about 2 minute and asked my wife, did you travel to Egypt?(because the visa can only be issued in Egypt)
my wife:she said we posted it to there embassy for issuing.
vo: am sorry we cannot issue your visa.
i will like to know why we are refused because we have good jobs and good document to back up, was it because of the dominican visa because that was he's last question and checking the visa as if it was fake and he was typing after checking it,does this mean he was typing the reason for our refusal? lastly how do i know the reason he refused and to know if we can re-apply again and this case wont be repeated or can my wife get another passport on this event if we are re-applying?....Urgent answers please.
