Hello Family,

Please I have a question and I will need your opinions. I am about to submit my application and I will like apply as a self sponsored. I have a graduate funding of $10,488(CAD) annually for two years study program and I have personally paid $10,230(CAD) into my student account at the University. My annual tuition fee is $4833. My problem is that, I currently have 250,000 naira only in my current bank account and I will like to know if it is enough to submit for my application.

Want to know how to proceed with that from Nigeria here. And I also want to know which is most preferable making the payment with my acount or sponsor account coz I read in previous thread that that may influence visa application or so.please ur kind reply will be appreciated. Have you gotten your offer letter? If not, wait for it to know if you will receive funding. MUN gives up to 16k CAD as funding for MEng Electrical Engineering.

The tuition is not up to 4 million naira, it’s about 1.1 million naira.

My Supervisor said he didn't have money to sponsor me, and asked me to get a scholarship letter as the condition for being his student.
I have got the admission letter.

Congratulations. You must have or show proof for tuition for first year and living expenses for the first year (10k CAD). Also have your application fee which is around 55k naira

Self funded students are not allowed in research degree program at MUN engineering. If you have some scholarship then you can get an admission. Scholarship letter could be from government or some private company. It does not matter if company is owned by your relatives. Can you arrange that?

MUN is cheap enough for you to self sponsor. The supervisor wants to take you, so just go ahead and follow his advice.

I want to follow his advice,but he is requesting for a scholarship Letter. that's the issue, cos I don't know how to provide that for him

2 what is meant by continuance fee? Does it Mean after paying for your first year Masters Program, you just pay the continuance fee to get through the Second year?

Consider adding more schools to your list bro, I hope you also put in consideration availability of professors in your areas of research interest(s) and your cgpa mostly last two years

My GGPA for the final 2years is 4.5 Each.
But my first concern is finance, I have not really searched for Professors yet.
I just need advice from those that are already there on the most affordable for tuition and cost of living.then I will search for a professor

Good morning everyone .I have been up since 9pm researching the best school to apply for a Masters Program in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
I came up with three choices:

Memorial University of Newfoundland
University of Manitoba
University of Saskatchewan

My people please help me with your ideas considering Tuition and cost of living/Job availability during and after Studies. I am searching for the most affordable.
Any other University addition Will be highly appreciated

Boss, if u ask me, while the online route has its challenges, it is still a very convenient way of applying.
My advice would be put together a very easy to understand and decipher app. I think the reason for some folks having too long a processing time is probably cos the VOs couldn't swiftly understand the app and documents submitted.
Some folks here have suggested even using hyperlinks to make the work of the VO easier while navigating through ur application. Make sure your documents are complete as you can't add any after submission. As regards your police clearance from the US, u can always submit if requested for by CIC. Ultimately man, shoot ur shot asap, time waits for nobody.

Bro they are not Cheap.... Once Quality is concern, forget the word cheap. I planned doing one online with eit online, it cost 400k.If you try GIL Automation, just hold from 500k up. They are good anyways, and Standard, but Cheap and Quality can never go together
