ok , out of the 2 series and one movie listed i have only seen Mr robot extensively, and i an say from that redit post mr robot has elements of cyberpunk based on the following reasons

the setting, the themes etc these are stated in the reditt post , and also esmail's major influences on Mr robot comes from some heavily themed cyberpunk driven movies.

in the imitation game scope it does not, to tag a movie genre cyberpunk just because it has a hint of hacking is not correct, there are other criterias that have to be met before a movie genre is tagged cyberpunk , thats what i was letting u know. guy, not all hacking themed movies are cyberpunk, imitation game has no secondary cyberpunk genre in it , hacking yes not cyberpunk. Hacking themed movies are not always cyberpunk genres ,even though when cyberpunk is metioned hacking(or computer related stuffs aint far off)

I really don’t know much about Australian Immigration system. However here is my advice,
First I advice you reapply as soon as possible, get a recommendation letter from your prospective supervisor also support your application with explanation letter. In the letter explain why the program would improve your career and your plans after graduation. Also explain that your family members are in Nigeria as part of home ties. If the resumption deadline is passed, you can defer your admission before reapplying.
