@neo and other expert here, does mosquito s affect birds? The area Iam setting up my poultry have plenty mosquitos, does it affect the doc during brooding? If yes any chemical for fumigation that will not affect the birds? Pls help, Iam planning to use snapper inside the house b4 receiving my birds.

Start with poultry farming with the resources you have at hand. Grow the business and then branch out into feedmill (from a small scale initially).

The thing is, your poultry farm should be the first customer for your new feedmill, thus guaranteeing continuity and market.

Good evening everyone and thanks for your constant help on this thread. What could be responsible for steady decline in egg production by birds. About 3weeks ago, the birds were almost close to 10 crates, but since last week, its been dropping, I picked 6 crates plus 12 today, yesterday 6 plus 10. I have about 400 birds. Your replies will be highly appreciated.

My candid advice to you is dat you should cut your cloth according to your cloth. Don't start up ur business looking for loans. Start small, den expand gradually. That is the trick of a good successful business man.

Nigeria should look into adopting Kenya's mobile money model. Only with a simple basic phone and a sim card one is connected to the financial world.....through it one can directly receive transfers such as Moneygram, Western union, Skrill, World remit, Sendwave etc. Withdraw and deposit money into one's bank account. Transfer money to another phone number and the owner cash the money from agents around him.

One can make payment in a store by just sending the amount from their mobile wallet to the store's code at no extra charge to the customer.

Nigeria should wake up.
