Hello everyone. Please I need your help!

I got an email this morning informing me that my admission offer has been revoked due to late registration of classes.

I have already sent my passport to the embassy for visa stamping and there is no January intake for my preferred course.
Please can anyone help on what to do next. [b]The options presented to me were to apply for another course with a January intake in the same school [/b]or to wait and apply for the next intake in September 2024. Is it advisable to change the program to another program and let IRCC know on the portal?

Please suggestions and advise are welcome.

1.My sponsor(step bro) sent the money to my account not up to a month in lump the money is originally mine just converted to cash from crypto so to avoid too much explanation i got someone to transfer it to my brother and my bro transferred it to me in sum of 17m as school fees with Narration
*My question is do I need any document from my bro when submitting my application or just a LOE for the lump sum is enough ? And my bank statement?

2.I’m young not up to 20 and my study gap is just 7-8months ago do I need any Home ties to be submitted as well ?My parents are deceased which make home ties a bit complicated even though I have a lot of extended family

Yes, you need documents to prove the source of the fund i.e crypto, Birth certificates of your brother and you. I assume your birth certificates include the same name of either your father/mother. Also id of your father/mother.

You need home ties to make your application strong.

You can use invoices generated from this side gigs and trading activities as documents.

No, he doesn't need to leave Canada. He can apply for study visa in Canada eventhough he is on visit.

Please I have another question, what will be my explanation for applying for SOWP and SP. Cos I was thinking for VV I could just explain that I need them to visit me since I’m doing a one year course. My husband doesn’t really want to stay for now as he’s engaged in Naija.

Secondly I saw that VV is faster in processing time than SOWP.

It depends on what you and your husband want. It seems you want your Husband to come and join you and he just want to visit you. If it's for visiting alone, he can apply for VV.

The main concern about using my account as proof of fund is that someone is borrowing us money in CAD, so changing it to naira and then transferring money in bulk to my account Amy raise suspicions. Also, it seems safer to present a Canadian account than naira account because of the ever changing exchange rate of the Naira to CAD....I hope I'm making sense

What you need to work on is the source of the money, proof to the VO that the money is not borrowed. Whether the account is in Naira or CAD, what matter most is prove the source of the funds.
