Life is a circle. Life is a straight road that leads to nowhere. You just die and it all ends. The dreams, the aspirations, the achievements, the wealth. They all go to others whom will not know what to do with it.

Just enough to solve your problem cuz too much will kill ya.

It is too late for them because of their greed and covetousness. They have majority of the wealth sustaining a very large number of Igbos, in the SE, domiciled outside Igbo land.

What will be their fate when Nigeria, as is inevitable, gives priority to more autonomy for regions as Tinubu has begun with local government independent self-administration?

Imagine, for example, Igbos frozen out of access to the SW markets? The comeuppance of prioritising greed and wealth above decency will be their mother of all downfall in the next ten years.

Mark it down bro. Yorubas will probably only need to reabsorbed and empower the likely 2 million, or much less, of our people outside the SW into a responsibly autonomous Yorubaland where Yorubas will be put first.

Where will Igbos begin with the 15 million or so they have outside the SE who are fully and irretrievably invested in the local communities outside Igbos land they have flocked to once regional autonomy is in full flux?

This impending danger is not enough for them to reflect on since they are not smart or visionary. It is to come here daily and be attacking a people much better than them and with a much brighter future.
Preach bro, preach!!

They will never be because anyone they cannot dominate or subjugate is automatically their sworn enemy for life. This is what delusional and 'woke' Yorubas fail to understand.

Is history not there to educate us from when Azikiwe etal, vile ethnic supremacists in reality, tried to formally achieve a model of governance where Igbos would dominate others in their land and commandeer their wealth and assets for Igbo use?

What has changed today with the average Igbo on Nairaland still talking like Azikiwe, Charles Onyeama who believed and bragged "Igbo domination of Nigeria is only a matter of time"?

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/opinion/105036-how-the-igbo-introduced-tribalism-to-nigerian-politics-by-femi-fani-kayode.html?tztc=1
Nothing has changed, they still believe only an Igbo man can lead Nigeria right, any president from another tribe will fail. They still think all the Northerners are goro-chewin- bast***s and Yorubas are ewedu gizzzzzln what have you or they may even think the Yorubas are Ndi Ofemmmanuu, and yet they think it's other Nigerians that are being unfair by not apportioning them a big fat bag of love. Even their SS brothers are meer ogogoro drinkers according to them. The South Africans they deem lazy fools, so they have different ways of describing others in manner that denote abundance of love. They even claim to be the wisest tribe in Africa. Hence making themselves well endeared to other people.

Precisely. This is even a very simple matter that Igbos like that irritant Vitalis, patent and perpetual haters of the "Zoo", can never understand.

Only Yorubas, of the four major ethnic group, appear to understand the concept of nationhood. The Northerners love their brothers from the Sahel nations more than their fellow Southern Nigerians while the Biafra lot would accept Isreali citizenship in
a heartbeat to be Jews.

What warped and dangerous form of nationhood is that? It is fundamentally condemnable and not seen/done elsewhere.

Those are big clues we are not meant to be together and Yoruba have finally seen and are preparing for the inevitable. Yorubas now know we are Sudan, before the division, but simply deluding ourselves with 'one Nigeria'.

Imagine a nation with citizens who side with other nations against their own. Russian flags for fck sake while the other lot bang on about been Jews and Biafrans. Nigeria is living on borrowed time IMO. It is Yorubas keeping her one currently and they are now fed up.
It is Yorubas keeping her one currently
Quoted part is why the Igbo man hate the Yoruba man, they feel like if they have our support it will be easy to divide Nigeria.
But they have not proven to be a good ally

Do you think reforms come easy?

There are times when government policy clashes with the demands of workers bringing the work to a standstill. The fulcrum becomes the court of public opinion which weighs the demands and the policy and then makes a swing to resolve the impasse.

Sometimes, the government can be wrong and in another instance, the workers may be on the wrong side hence the question becomes where is the public opinion swinging to and who has the best interest of the common man at heart?

Not every industrial action is resolved by bowing to the Union and the blame becomes the government's inefficiencies.
This your post was made in 2022 to defend Obi, do you still stand on this opinion in 2024?

I think I understand now Why yorubas don't want Nigeria to break up

Yorubas would fight a bloody civil war in less than 10 years if given oduduwa nation and funny thing? I don't see a solution or way to prevent it

Based solution is two separate country as wilinks advised two separate region for South West one predominantly Muslim the other predominantly Christians but yet the line is not well defined just rough

Isaiah 9:6-7 English Standard Version 2016 (ESV)
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

That was prophet Isaiah's prophecy long before Jesus was born.

Jesus is a mighty God but not the Almighty God. The Almighty God is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.

Ogun is a God, Sango is a God, Obatala is a God but Jesus is a mighty God.

The Old testament was written about 4,000 years ago, the new testament was written about 2000 years ago. The Quran that was written 1500 years ago can't be more authentic than the books it drew its inspiration from. Please live and let's live. Life is bigger than religion. I noticed both you and the other guy are both Omoluabi. Y'all must know that esi ajoji ni awon esin mejeji Yi. Won dara o, sugbon ko to oun anjale.

Once regional government is established, Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo should begin sharing prosperity with other Western states.
I will never understand you guys. I'm a Yoruba I think in Yoruba before I translate to English but then I've chatted with Whites from Australia and the US and I can tell you that there's no one way of speaking or writing English. Many US citizens can't even string a sentence together. Go ask chatting boys make dem tell you.

Do you know there's British English, Canadian English, American English and Australian English?

Can you tell me with which you have corrected me?

I'm not English savvy! yes!!! but do I communicate? Yes!

Y'all should allow people express themselves on this forum. If you want to make a comment do so but don't be lurking around for bad English sentences, it makes you seem too idle.
