Feminists masquerading as bible teacher and revelation minister . It won’t work !

Thank you so much

You are the only one I have seen so far that really know the intention of the OP

He is a modern day western world style anti Christ feminist

He is twisting the words of God to advance his course.

The Christian answer to his trap question is 1 Corinthians 1-3 NKJV

1 Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.
2 Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions just as I delivered them to you. 3 But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God

Please note HEAD in the bible does not mean superiority ( just spiritual order )

In true and pure Christianity those who are in position of headship or leadership serve those under them just like Jesus (Mathew 20 -28 )

Politics / Re: Youths Flee As Soldiers Invade Enugu Community For Sacking Herdsmen by Alaska90(m): 8:33am On Jul 02, 2021
Monogamy:

Yeah I did, I didn't just read, I also apply logic when reading news..

So the community sacked the Fulani herdsmen that have been terrorizing the community and then in return 100's of soldiers came to defend the Fulani herdsmen..

Here is the question..

How logical is that statement?

Are there no Igbo Ebonyi Indigenes, Igbo army officers from wherever they might have sent from to raised down houses and sacked the villagers in Ebonyi state?

Even the media was clever to add this

Let's be logic when reading news and don't let us be emotionally astray

Why don't you tell us the reason

And don't you know that the Military has no legal right to burn down people home without court order?

Bro you don't understand how democracy works,,,

Kanu missed an opportunity. He is too self serving, prone to violence. His violence disposition made it easy for Britain to extradite him. He would have millions more supporting the cause if he’d been more responsible, less inciteful and forged peaceful agitation. NK is more stup1d than I thought

Please do you have any proof that Britain extradited him to Nigeria?

Because there is nothing like that online...

And for your information extradition is done through a judge in court in UK

And its not done in secret so there is no way they could have done that without the public knowledge

Anything outside that is illegal

So please stop spreading fake news online

And if you have a proof share it here

Of course I know. Calculation is base on the instance he gave assuming it's 6.25% right now. Practically interest is valued base on treasury bills performance.
With the current realities rates are on their way up. Earlier in the week Abacus was 6.39, it's 6.61as at yesterday.

Please what is the management fee for Abacus MMF?

Can I close my account at any time?

Compared to another investor who invested the N10 million in a fixed income fund at an annual return of 14% and also reinvested his dividend, he will have N71 million in 15 years.

Not easy to reinvest or compound your bond coupons, reason why it is better to use part of the coupons to buy fixed income funds for compounding

Please could you suggest any good fixed income funds like the one in your example above for me?

I am interested .

SOME SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ABACUS MONEY MARKET FUND AND VGIF

Similarities:

They are both mutual funds and Low risk investments compare to stocks
Interest is earned daily, accrued and can be reinvested.
Capital and interest are guaranteed.
Redemption for both is 72hrs or less.
Opening account for both is same method and requirements.
Both funds can be invested in for minors
Bothe products accounts can be monitored online and with app.
ACCOUNT FOR BOTH FUNDS CAN BE OPENED BY CLICKING THE LINK ON MY SIGNATURE

Differences:

Abacus is money market fund while VGIF is fixed income
Rate of VGIF is benchmarked with SDF and can only change if the CBN changes SDF and will only take effect July 1st or January 1st. Rate for abacus is daily valued.
Underlying assets for Abacus are basically treasury bills and commercial papers; for VGIF it’s FGN bonds, some corporate bonds with very insignificant portion in stocks
Interest is paid twice a year for VGIF but quarterly for Abacus
Minimum withholding period for VGIF is 180days (6months) and 30 days ( 1month) for Abacus
Minimum initial deposit for VGIF is 50,000 and for Abacus is 1,000

Please how do you calculate the interest for Abacus MMF .... for example if the interest is 6.25%, is it per year or per month?

How do you calculate that please?

No.... but land issue is civil case anywhere in the world so he should just file a case against him in the court rather than looking for president or IG to arrest him for occupying . There is so many lands in Lagos that people are fighting over in court without IG or police getting involved.

This is just a normal Nigeria government way of keeping their enemy off the street.....

Politics / Re: Sagay To National Assembly: British Parliament Can’t Summon Queen by Alaska90(m): 11:05pm On Dec 10, 2020
blacknp:
You are disappointed in Prof Sagay because you lack knowledge, God save Queen Victoria, not Elizabeth, you don’t know anything of what you are talking about, the 1963 constitution is what abolished the parliamentary system (British), and turned us into a presidential system like the Americans, which was the bedrock for the 1979 Constitution, now Amended 1999 Constitution.

No you are wrong sir..

1979 constitution fully turned Nigeria to an American system.

One of the objectives of 1963 constitution is to have an elected president who would no longer represent the Queen.. Nigeria wanted to be independent from the Queen

The constitution of 1963 used the British Parliamentary or Cabinet System. The act of 1979 adopted the American Presidential system (the Washington Model)

I am not necessary calling for Westminster style of government but a parliamentary federal system of Government that would bring government close to people

And I don't know what you meant by this "God save Queen Victoria, not Elizabeth"

The British government is owned by the Queen.....presently Queen Elizabeth...Her Majesty Government

And if you don't agree with me on constitution to adopt you should at least agree that the Prof analogy was wrong.
Politics / Re: Sagay To National Assembly: British Parliament Can’t Summon Queen by Alaska90(m): 10:21pm On Dec 10, 2020
Sagay who said summoning Buhari amounts to denigrating the sovereignty of Nigeria also reminded the lawmakers that the British Parliament cannot summon the Queen to respond to any issue.

I am so disappointed in this Prof ( Nigerian with big title but zero Knowledge ).

Mr Prof the Queen of England is not just ordinary head of state but the owner of the country.

Everything in the country is named after her eg Royal Navy, Royal mail, Her Majesty Government HMG etc

Everybody is working for her.....She is above the law!...she cant be taken to court for any offence!

According to British system, she has delegated the management of day to day affairs of her country to the Prime minister which is selected by the British people

And the parliament can summon the Prime minister to explain anything at any time.

But fortunately. there is what you call a Prime minister question day , normally on Wednesday where Member of the parliament MP can question the Prime minister on any issue affecting the country or their constituencies.

Thereby taking democracy to the people.

This is what we should be advocating for in Nigeria rather than another useless and expensive election in 2023 with the same military constitution.

We need to go back to people constitution which is the 1963 constitution and reform it to current situation of the country.

Imagine having a President like Buhari that you only see in public once in a year......he cant not answer any critical question correctly.

That's the reason they don't want him to go to the house of assembly.

I am so disappointed in this Prof oh.

There is nothing in history both written and oral to suggest that Benin was directly ruling these places in this map

They influenced many place for example Owo culture of beads

what about common kingdom

What is your point?

Yoruba people are independent and were living in different kingdoms with Ife Kingdom as an ancestral home for everybody.

But Oyo Empire because of its military might ( especially its Calvary army unit) wanted to bring everybody under one empire but some refused and fought Oyo back.

But actually this topic was about similar words in Yoruba and Edo languages....why all the history?
Culture / Re: Yoruba Words That Mean The Same In Edo by Alaska90(m): 5:06pm On Dec 08, 2020
OsamaB:

First of all, Yoruba is originally in reference to the Oyo empire and it was the name Hausa people called them (i.e. Oyoruba). Meaning an Ijebu man is Ijebu and Egba people are Egba.

Second of all, Edo was another empire and empires can comprise of different tribe of people who may not be the same. So, even the Benin empire of today can never lay claim of Ekiti or Ondo, even though they were part of the Benin empire. Even Bini and Esan people are different but know they have a history.

Third, the idea of calling people bastards to claim superiority is very weak. The British dismantled the empires and the Nigerian government cancelled history but that doesn't give you the right to insult people who you don't know.

Please I am sorry you are spreading false narrative on internet

The places you mentioned were never under Benin empire at anytime in history

And if you think otherwise, please can give references so that I can learn more

There is a different between influence and being under an empire

Yoruba camp to do what ?

Yoruba street is a recent naming just like Lagos street in benin

your illusion will not work

if you want to talk about camp for war ........

then I will tell you that Yoruba never in history wage a war against another tribe except themselves the only war they wage against another tribe was Oyo against Fulani and they lost

That's not true brother....its important to study history before making this type of statement

I will correct you here...

First of all, the word Yoruba to describe people that have the same origin ( ile-ife) is of recent in history

They were simply call Ekiti, Ijebu, Egba, Oyo, Awori etc

Secondly, Oyo empire fought more wars than most kingdoms in modern day Nigeria.....and that's what led to their downfall

They fought with many other Yoruba groups as you rightly said but also with Fulani, Hausa, Tapa, Ajase ( Yoruba in Benin Republic ) , Dahomey Kingdom ( very powerful kingdom), Nupe etc

Please note that Old Oyo empire known as as Oyo ile was in present day Niger state in Nigeria

Below extract is from history book -

The Oyo Empire was a Yoruba empire of what is today Benin and Western Nigeria (including Southwest zone and the western half of Northcentral zone). The Oyo Empire grew to become the largest Yoruba state. It rose through the outstanding organizational and administrative skills of the Yoruba people, wealth gained from trade and its powerful cavalry. The Oyo Empire was one of the most politically important states in the entirety of Western Africa from the mid-7th to the late 18th century,[2] holding sway not only over most of the other kingdoms in Yorubaland, but also over nearby African states, notably the Fon Kingdom of Dahomey in the modern Republic of Benin to the west.

Reference - Forde, 1967 page 36

Please Note- Benin in the first sentence above is referring to Benin Republic and not Edo

Beside baba is not used by the Yorubas alone some tribe across the globe uses it.
