I have a dream project that requires some sizable seed money and I approached a known retired but still active formidable businessman. He was interested and he invited his friends to invest in the project, because of the size of required fund, and they accepted.
I was given a share of 10%, which I accepted. I did all it is required to put the project on track with the financial aupport of the retired businessman (traveling to Abuja, airtime, some personal loan). With doggedness I was able to secure an FDI who is ready to.invest a very huge sum into the project. I travelled to and met them in their office with the peojwcts supporting dicuments. The trip equally affords me the opportunity to know their reality, functions and ability. After some weeks they too visit us in Nigeria and they stayed in Sheraton hotel, without a cost to us, for 5 days.
All things been equal they were impressed and they left with the arrangement of perfecting all the paperwork and commencement of the project after injecting our seed money into the project.
I was surprised when the promoters starts prodding me to convince the FDI to invest into another of their project, which has no relevant to mine, and if the FDI invest into this their own project, they will then deduct part of the fund thereby invested as seed money for my own project. From day one they didn't let me know they don't have the cash for the seed money. I have to tell the FDI the truth when he asked me the rationale for my prodding him, and he told me the promoters are using me.
I have been able to secure a different FDI for them on their project, but they won't leave me alone. Even they didn't tell me what is my gain or benefit of their project.
Please what do you think i ahould do:
Should I stop their project's FDI, whom I have control over;
Should I asked them to pay me consultancy fees for every step/s on this their project as related to the FDI I introduced to them;
Should I asked for shares in their project;
What step/s can I take that won't be termed as 4.1.9;
Any other suggestions please

An expatriate business man who is friend and is into diverse business - Power, Estate, Construction, Capital, ICT - Internationally and in a West African country is interested in establishing a Construction company in Lagos. I don't want to sound "wicked" here,but...."Local" manufactureres that source their raw materials abroad are not "Local" enough in my opinion....Maybe they should look inward for their raw materials and improve the contry's economy. It's hard Yes. But it has to be done....OR the CBN should exclude their raw materials from the list. But this law as far am concerned, is for the greater good of the Greater Majority for the Greater Long term of time...

Unfortunately its the truth, but whats the solution. The solution to get the hard disk up and running is what I am seeking.

I NEED HELP FROM THE GURU IN THE HOUSE

My HP 635 laptop hard disk develops problem. Initially I cant access it as it will hang on the window booting page, I tried all I know but could'nt make it work normally.
I removed the disk and shook it - thinking that maybe that will do the trick - and fixed it back properly and thereafter put it on, I was surprised that the system did not boot and neither does it acknowledge the disk.
Please note that I can remove and install the hard disk drive easily and this I have done before.

I can remember vividly over 21 ago, as if it was yesterday, precisely Thursday 21st July 1994 when I was monitoring the installation of a giant VSAT satellite dish in front of Yekini's apartment with lots of people being involved in one activity or the other like cooking, drinking, playing, visiting etc in this same compound, and Friday 22nd July 1994 when I was part of the team going to Ssbo, Mokola, Odo Ona etc. putting finishing touches to the wedding preparation of Yekini and Kemi which was held next day on Saturday 23rd July 1994 with Shina Peters and his band on the bandstand. The wedding was held in D Rovans Hotel, Ring Road, Ibadan with a lot of people in attendance. I still have on me one of the handout given out then, a phone register, with an inscription "23rd July 1994 The day Allah has made for Kemi & Yekini".

What a life. I feel bad on what becomes the end of Rashidi Yekini.

This woman is a nuisance who can't go anywhere or do anything without company of her man. She'll adopt your interests, calls 20 times a day and fly off the handle anytime she's not around to monitor your behaviour. This type of woman will smother any chance of you missing her by insisting that you spend every waking moment with her, refusing to let you go out with the boys or spend any significant amount of time with anyone else.

7. THE BABY'S MAMA
This woman has a great physique, great personality and her toes are pretty large amount of children with assorted "baby-daddy's", and when women like this get desperate, any and every guy has the potential to be "daddy". This woman got knocked up by somebody that she was supposedly in love with, and not only is she a bad judge of character, she's GROSSLY irresponsible. The same guys that are "jerks" now are the same guys she once thought the world of and had in promised unprotected s.ex with.

8. THE GOLD DIGGER
The gold-digger will compliment you on your expensive watch, ask you what kind of car you drive, what you do for a living, where you live and so on. Like the high maintenance woman, the gold-digger is basically looking for a SUGAR DADDY, she'll size you up within the first five minutes and drop you just as quickly if you cash flow runs out and you can't take her shopping anymore. These types of women will just suck your wallet dry and leave you emasculated. Fortunately, you can usually see this type coming from a mile away. She wants to write out the names of all designer items and post it on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

This is the woman who never shuts up, barely stopping to breathe. Seemingly only concerned about what is going on in her life, she always has to make a comment about everything and dominates conversation.

2. THE DESPERATE CHICK
This type of woman will seem fantastic at first, until she starts talking about your wedding location, how many kids she wants and the name of your future dog - right after the first date. When a woman advances way faster than normal - men do watch out. They know she NEEDS a man so bad that she's willing to put anybody in that slot, even the homeless guy on the corner.

3. THE OVERTLY-CRITICAL WOMAN
Anything you do for this type of woman is simply not good enough. Nothing seems to work unless it is done according to her standards. Anything that is said by anyone will be quickly taken out of context to become some sort of insult or some reason to wage war against the world. This type of woman has plenty of emotional baggage and will make you an angry and bitter person as there will be nothing but misery with her.

4. THE BIMBO
This type of woman can't obtain a GED but has managed to secure a PHD in the science of the bedroom. This is an intellectually challenged woman who looks great but, in all honesty, shouldn't open her mouth. Her skills are unquestionably only rooted in the physical realm and unless you're just after one night stands, you do not want to bring a stupid girl home to meet Mom and Dad. The majority of girls you see on the streets everyday fall into this category.

5. THE HIGH MAINTENANCE CHICK
If this type of woman breaks a nail, she expects you to drop everything you're doing to drive to the salon immediately. Her daddy always told her she was a princess and she expects to be treated like one at all times. She has expensive taste and expects you to shower her with only the best things and take her out to posh places on a regular basis. If you don't have a lot of money and a penchant for luxury, don't even bother.
