I having a serious issue and need your help.
I applied for a visit visa to UK , I wanted to attend my younger brother graduation ceremony but the visa was refuse on a ground of credibility. This is the decision.

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V because
 You state you intend to travel to the UK for 3 days for the purpose of attending your
brother’s graduation ceremony.
 You state you are employed with Nestlé Nigeria PLC with a monthly income of
250000 NGN (£480, in an exchange rate of £1 = 519.69NGN, oanda.com). You have
provided a letter of employment and payslips in support of your application. You have
also provided a bank statement under your name with a closing balance of
2,407,398.31 NGN (£4,622.20). However, I note there are no salary deposits in this
account. I also note there are several large deposits in this account which do not
correlate with your stated income and therefore the origins of the funds are no clear.
Therefore I am not satisfied you have provided satisfactory information in regards to
your personal and financial circumstances in Nigeria.
 In light of all of the above I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel
to the UK now. I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose
that is permitted by the visitor routes, not satisfied that you will leave the UK at the
end of the visit. Your application is refused under Appendix V4.2 (a) and (c) of the
Immigration Rules.

I did not include my salary account statement but I have it , meanwhile I don't keep many in it , I only keep money in my saving account.

I also have several admissions from university in UK to resume by September but now all of them are denying me CAS due to the refusal.

Pls, I have plan to reapply this week for a visit and add my salary account .
The former decision those not give me right to appeal or administrative review.

Any large money you can not explain will give you a 2nd refusal as this has been flagged already. Secondly, submitting 2 or more accts is not a con. your salary account does not need to be heavy.. you need to submit it to show origin of proofs of where your money is coming from as well as that you are being paid the salary you claim and by the company you claim.Pls re-read your refusal letter.. then go onto digest it.

you should not present a statement of account to the UK showing large deposits without documentary proof of where these monies have come from. There was no need to go and bag a refusal.
Your salary account should have been included in the first instance. Also hope there are also no unexplained large deposits in that account, if there are.. pls dont reapply at this time
Next make up your mind whether it is visit visa u want or study visa. There is no point doing both at this time given upto 6 weeks visa delay.
If it is your experience that some schls have denied u CAS due to visit refusal then maybe tow the path pf some of your colleagues which did not mention to the schls to see if your story will be different as this is already mid June and lots of schls for September admission might have rounded off now. Pls be aware of the risks vs benefits and then make your choice yourself.
But remember there is nothing like I forgot when making any uk visa applications, you must state your refusals.

I have some money deposited in my saving account which I can explain the source, meanwhile, like I said my salary account is not heavy, I only use it to collect salary and spend.
I plan to also include my pension accoumt statement of about 2.5m

I applied for executive trainee (under electrical engineer) at dangote oil refinery company limited last year august(batch A). I went through all the five stages of the recruitment process ranging from aplitude test, group discussion, panel interview, psychometric test and medical test and by the grace of God I was able to scale through all this stages. Finally I was called to resume for the job this year, presently we are undergoing training in oil refinery operations outside the country.
My advice is that we don't need to get too anxious about this job, what I feel is the Success tips for the recruitment process of dangote oil refinery company are:
1. Group discussion, topics will range from Infrastructural development to health sector, oil Prices etc) during this interview, candidates must be calm, undominering, attentive, giving intelligent contribution).
2. Panel interview(ie one on one interview), if you are invited for this 3rd stage, make sure that you have a clear understanding of the basic concept of your discipline, the secret here is that your cv will play an important role here and it will determine the kind of questions that they will ask you, so make sure you are able to convinced your panelist of your past job experience relevant to your discipline, because most questions asked are very technical and it is discipline based. Be calm and also be confident of what ever you are saying.
3. Psychometric test, at this stage you will be given seven different questions papers to answer for a time duration of two hours, this test is know your personality and behavior under working conditions.
4. Medical test

Pls do u know of any candidate with HND who got offer for graduate engineering trainee, or is it strictly for B.tech nd B.eng?

From these transcript, my instinct is you are not really prepared. These your responses seem muffled to me and am not convince i will approve your visa either if i am a VO.

My Advise
Suspend going for interview at the moment
Email your school to see if they can hold your admission till Spring 2019
If yes, ask them to include your $4000 funding in your new I-20 whenever they issue another one.
Take your time to study and and write atleast one standardized test if you have never done any before
Try to read through at least 2 parts of these USA education thread
Read through peoples transcripts, both approvals and deniers
Come back and ask questions on anything that seems unclear to you here and am sure folks will help you out.

All these seems too much and probably not of interest to you, but they can work for you if you give it a try.

Do you think my visa interview for undergraduate admission I did last year would be one of the factors against my visa approval , probably the vo was not convinced that last year I can for undergraduate dis year MSc ?
But don't you think I should do more of practice and get more point to discuss on my case and pray hard .

I was not properly informed or I lack good information that I can actually proceed to a master level studies , this make me apply for another bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, quickly I got the admission with my Wes transcript and IELTS score,but my visa was not approved , that way my first visa interview and that was Nov 2016 immediately after my nysc. Then I was 26years of age.

I was so worried that what actually went wrong because I did all the processing myself. I get another money hoping as a genuine student I will get the visa I reapplied the following week but still denied.

January 2017 before the spring class commenced I applied for visa again still denied, all this happened because I lack information. Making 3rd denied on my same undergraduate studies.

So I decided to defer my admission because I don't want to lose it or apply to another school, I got another I 20 for summer class and I applied again for visa , that was may 2017 but still got denied.

Then I consult friend and educationist , I was told am age and my former HND degree which is equivalent to BSC degree might be the major problem of my visa being denied.

2018 now , I got admitted for a master's degree in safety technology and I have a kid with wife also got an engineering job here for about one and half year. The safety program will really help uplift my career profession here in Nigeria so, I applied for visa again on 8th of may but also denied.


Pls kindly spot out where my problem is coming from , could it be that the visa is worries that last year I can with Bsc i20 and this year it MSc I 20.

I also got a $200k scholarship from the school towards my tuition each semester.

My case study here.
I study industrial maintenance engineering at ND level Mechanical engineering at HND level. I graduated in the year 2015 , and did nysc 2016 . Dec 2016 was my first interview but was denied . Maybe because it was undergraduate admission for the same Mechanical engineering I had done here in Nigeria which I included in my ds160. I reapply again that same December and was also denied. Some questions such as, why dis school, wen did you finish ur high school, what have u being doing. Are u married and do u av kid. Finally who will sponsor u. I believe I did my best but was worried why I keep getting denied.

February 2017, I got. Job as a mechanical maintenance technician at one flouill . I already defer my admission till summer , so I tried it again after my new i20 arrived. But the case still remain same . After I decided to use my resource for myself instead of dashing embassy, I got married and have my kid. Later someone told me it because I applied as undergraduate instead of masters , because I already have Hnd and I declare it on my ds 160.

I agree with him and took his advice , now search for any course which relate to my Field which is safety . As a technician I need safety as degree to advance my career. I applied and here I am with my master I 20 ready to collect the visa this time.

Yea, embry riddle offer masters in safety science. I have been admitted to study industrial safety technology and I was given 8k scholarship . My Wes evaluation is 3.30 and my ielts is 6.0 band , these are the documents I forwarded to the sch before i was admitted.

Is this the transcript for your last interview?

Age is sometimes a worrisome factor, at 27, one would wonder if your intent seems true. You would have gleaned that from past transcripts. If you fall in this kinda age bracket and you are admitted for undergraduate studies in "GOD knows where" kinda school, you have to stylishly point out how you've spent your amazing 16-27 years period doing nice stuffs or the challenges that debarred you from completing undergrad. It's great that you now have an MS admission. That's more appropriate for your age. However, be ready to explain how you moved from BS to MS, they take records and I'm sure you know that, having gone through the interview a couple of times.

The "married" question is for home ties, you've sorted that out too. You might be probed further, who is gonna take care of your family during your stay in the US?

In general, the variables at play in visa interviews are mostly latent. Perhaps, if you could provide your other transcripts, it would be easier to track down what you are violating in the visa terms.
