This is a cry of a jobless Nigerian youth.

Not to rely on the normal 9-5 job which I have been seeking, I have learnt soft digital skills like Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Domain Flipping. But these are not generating revenue for me because I hardly have jobs to apply them. In the case of domain flipping, to make sale is not a child's play. I have used my little money to have a portfolio of 6 domains but sales are not coming even with aggressive outbounding.

It was my first time driving out of town and I can confidently say driving through the scenic mountains of Arizona was the scariest moment of my trip. The bends, twists and turns was just ridiculous and it ran for more than 4 miles. These pictures didn't exactly do justice to the bends and scary roads that run through the mountains of Arizona.

Let's take it one step at a time.

Look around and take stock of everything that you DO have. Health? A bed to sleep in? A feeling of safety? Food in your belly? Now, look deep into yourself and think of what you want to do. Most especially something that you've always wanted to do but couldn't because your life-long dream held more importance. Whatever that little, inconsequential thing is, do it now.

The same thing, you don't tell people what to post or what not to post based of your preferences. In most cases, they post these pictures on thier own profile; thier own profile. In that case anyone seeing that is in thier space (either a followerr or or someone who searchEd for it). And you can't tell someone not to put a certain picture of themselves on thier own profile cause you don't like them. That's not logical. Even when you see these pictures on a public platform like Nairaland, the title mostly tells you what you're about to open, and yet you open it just to complain that you're seeing something you cautiously went to see.

Let's not forget this internet space belongs to everyone and people won't and shouldn't stop posting things cause you don't like them. You, Alearna, had a diary you consider good enough to post on Nairaland, a public forum. Imagine if someone told you that you should have kept your private stories to yourself cause nobody wanted to read that all because the person saw something in the diary that didn't appeal to them, how would you react? You'd tell them to keep scrolling and leave you alone. So it's not so hard to do that when you come across something that doesn't appeal to you.

This is because it makes people like me think its not the deed that is the problem, just the age or state of the woman involved. If it is a young woman, there's no problem. If it's an older woman or pregnant, all Hell's let loose. And if any woman, young , old or pregnant, is in financial need or in dire straits, society ignores them altogether.
