Thegamingorca: He doesn't have shit to explain, except to mention he obtained annual leave of 4weeks from work and 12weeks unpaid leave. This will fly as long as he didn't overstay the visa. Garnish the statement with a few documents like "annual leave letter from employer", "approved application for unpaid leave", "Flight schedule of the trip he did".
If his circumstance for entering the UK this time around are also valid and met like last time, he will be granted the visa Keep on defending the undefendable... The Op is a student in another country and he visit UK during his internship in the said country... Now where and how will he get annual leave letter and approved application for unpaid leave u mention earlier?? |

mekanta7: UK visitor visa is always 6 months multiple entry. At the point of entry, the border office stamps you in without any period of stay. This is true, but we are just trying to correct some applicants intention of overstaying what you wrote on the form.... Please note ukvi said you can stay for up to 6months on a visit visa, but as an employee does it makes sense to stay away from work for a whole 4months when the job is not a remote job.. I come in peace ✌️✌️ |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by alert20: 4:41pm On May 13, 2023 |
Thegamingorca: You have no business explaining why you stayed 4months as long as the visa had not expired and you then decided you exceed the validity date in the uk.
The Eco has no business asking any questions cos the visa is multiple entry and last for 6 months. I hear you sir, but have you ever stayed 6months on each of your visit to the UK before, and re-apply after that?? |

You are wicked sir lol 😂 Pardon me that laughter looks suspicious though... But why can't he/she just wait for just 15days before withdrawing the money?? What if the Eco ask he/she to re-submit the statement of account to make his/her decision nko ? |

geolan: The date you fill in your form doesn’t matter as long as you didn’t exceed your stay (visa validity). Just recently, a friend’s uncle was in a similar issue. He applied for for a week vacation on a 6months visa but ended up staying for 5months. He recently just got his 2 years uk visa last month and do you know if this friend uncle of yours applied as a business owner or as an employee?? If I were the ECO I might overlooked this if the applicant is the owner of the business because he has no one to explain why he stayed for 4months in the UK to, unlike someone who is an employee what excuse can he probably give??✌️✌️ |
Same procedure you use when you apply for the 6months visit, however you need to explain why you spent a whole 4months on your first visit instead of 2weeks as stated on your application form....
You need to convince the Eco why you stay that long, mind you you are entitled to stay up to 6months on each visit but, if you are truly working here you could have stayed atleast a month and come back...✌️✌️ |

Sadly it will only keep increasing as everyone is giving deaf ears and doing as they please all in the name of I need to leave Nigeria. Even people going as far as paying 10 million to agent that they will give you COS. It is well I know someone who charges at the rate of ₦13m for COS only...... Tutu82: Good Evening Depend13,with sites like indeed they advertise on behalf of companies so you need to sieve though perhaps try a direct application.
If you have up to 6months uk experience and a cleaning driving license then try home instead they always looking for hands and their pay is “decent”.
If you do not,i would say apply to special needs schools as a Teaching assistant to boast your cv you be using your transferable skills i.e personal care, safeguarding, first aid, giving medication…the only difference is it would be classroom based.
After 6 months apply to care homes again but this time your head of school would provide you reference and your cv would be more detailed.
Just my 2 pound’s contribution to your plight as it’s not funny when money goes out and does not come in. Your response here always gives me joy I swear 😂😂 also @cashmadam too ✌️✌️ |

hunee: To butress your point, If you read comments here alot , you find alot of genuine visitors to the United Kingdom rejected visas. so many cases like that. Guess what, all the ecos keep saying, "They doubt if the intentions are genuine" ABeg, tell me why Nigerians are profiled ?
The sins of one person can not be carried by 100 people, we encourage our countrymen to remain honest. If you are issued a visitors visa, go and come back , Period!
Look at the schengen countries, see what they have done. If you are not applying for visa outside Nigeria, or you dont fall into the category of frequent travelers, to get visa for first time visit now is a big job, even when you submit all the document on earth. They will still reject the person application. Go to the france section , go to other threads, go and read peoples comment and you will feel their frustrations.
I am not a solicitor or immigration expert. Let us do the right things. So far so good, investigations has revealed that applying for visas outside Nigeria with your permit is surest way to get visa nowadays and i am sure alot of people are trying to do that.
Betterstill, you look for alternative routes to relocate via study or work.
This is just a compiliation of opinions as observed and gathered , it sure do not have to be your own thoughts. We just want the right things done.
PS: This message is not targeted at anyone, i am just been expressive. Goodluck A cold malt and Shawarma for you mate ✌️✌️ |

Mallamkettle: Guys please I need help. My kid and I applied for visa and was granted. But I came into the UK alone because I want to hustle before bringing her. Now I don't think I am ready financially to bring her before her entry visa expires. Will it be a problem if I let her current visa expires and then re apply for her in the next 6 months? I'm assuming you entered the UK with a 6months tourist visa right And now you want your daughter to come to UK and both of you can stay in the UK illegally while you hustle like you said Abi |
