Good day everyone, I made application for tourist visa to Uk on 22nd March, and I got my decision(may 28 refusal letter) but to my greatest surprise my passport hasn’t been returned m. I have mailed them 4times now and the messages I have been getting is I would get contacted in 15working days. Please I’m in cross road, I feel it has been lost, Shld I just do another because I have Uk admission already and I want to apply for student visa. Please I need professional advice as I’m in a confused state at the moment. Thank you

It depends on the Eco working on your case, some are damn lazy and would just be looking for a single mistake to deny you visa.... So I will advice you to use your personal account to avoid story that touch

Tomorrow I will get my company account set up and start using it for business transaction and paying myself monthly salary from range of 350k to 450k to my personal saving account. Also can I be paying my wife too because she's part of the company direction and secretary that I used to registered my company CAC?


Lastly question: when I'm ready to apply for a visa which bank statements I will submitted? Is it both my company account and my salary account ? Or only my salary account.....?

Afternoon boss, firstly will your wife be applying with you when you intend to apply? If not there is no need to pay her any salary....

Secondly you will apply with your personal account and not your company account, the money in your company account is strictly meant for the running of your business not for pleasure ✌️

Please can you explain what you mean by feel free to work on buckling up your business to present it as a financial, economic and asset tie to Nigeria.Pls I am only telling you what has worked for several, not that it is the clear cut way. Again this is strictly my opinion.

NB: Have been running my business with my personal account for over a year now which I have total amount of 8m. Please can you advise me how I can move this money to my company account after i open my company account ?

Secondly every month my income from my business is minimum of 500k gain at time I see 700k because I do sell like 2 or 3 used cars in a month plus sales of building materials .... So my salary from my business in a month is up to 500k to 750k .

I'm a family man with kids which my monthly expenses is range of 150k to 200k

Concerning the company account opening you will need scuml to open the account, also leave the money in your account alone sir, just withdraw your salary from your personal account and deposit it at the bank to your company account and transfer it back to your personal account on a monthly basis, and also withdraw just #50k for disposable income monthly, #150-200k too much abeg, and LASTLY ONCE YOUR COMPANY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPEN, DONT EVER GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT AGAIN..... don't rush and shoot yourself on the leg ✌️

No I’m an American citizen so I have a US passport. My husband is Nigerian, and still has his Nigerian passport, however, he was able to travel to Mexico easily.

BUT, I’ll be honest, I never knew the power of a passport until my husband began traveling with me. It became VERY clear that not all passports are created equal or hold the same weight.

I’m not a salary earner, I submitted all the necessary required documents with a reference letter from my bank to back up my statement of account, the lump sum on the account was at November before I even thought of processing my traveling

I assume you submitted 3months statement of account which starts from October right?? And there was an unexplained credit in the same November which you did not explain right??

Every other thing is perfect they only said Documents lack credibility

1. How did you accumulate the #4.5m
2. Are you the owner of the company or an employee??
3. Did you submit your personal statement of account or your company's account.
4. Is the statement of account you submitted showing your monthly salary or not...
5. Did you submit payslips and reference letter from your bank to backup the statement of account
6. Is there any lump sum on the account which you didn't explain when applying..

Answer this then gurus here can advice ✌️

I think #20k or more, that's the VFS service charge and you also pay the visa fee I think #8k during submission at the SA vac.....

Hello house Goodevening please i submitted my application to the vfs on 10th february for a short visit with my 6 month old son to visit his dad in durban but i got my passport from the UPs today and i was denied due to insufficient fund for the trip despite my husband has 19000 rand in his account. 19000 rands is equivalent to #480k plus, this funds will not be enough for both you and your baby to travel to SA....

The Eco knows you are not coming back to Nigeria if given the visa ....

Your hubby needs to source for funds if he truly wants you and his son to come over.... I assume you guys would purchase return flights ticket, and feeding for the duration you will be there with him??
