My back aches terribly whenever I stand for too long.I realized this when I went for NYSC in 2015 right in the camp I didn't know I was having such pain in my back until I went for camp.I had tried to touch inorder to detect the exact place in my back that hurts but all to no avail the moment I stand for at least 1hour I'll be feeling the pain at one side of my back I think from the upper to the lower. if I sit the pain vanishes.Somebody said it could be due to my sleeping pattern and the fact that I spent too much time indoor when I was waiting for NYSC mobilization.I'm 32 years old I don't lift weights except press up which I do once in a blue moon. Another thing is I clear my voice most times before I can be heard and when I do the clearing only few phlegm pops up in the throat I don't know why it is so |

Sorry man it is not the end of the world. there are many other deadly disease out there but the problem we have in this country is we lay too much emphasy on the 'no cure' for HIV and this has triggered avoidable situations to many because they believe once they are contracted it is dead sentence.Go to the nearest government owned hospital and get retroviral drugs and ensure that you're eating healthy meals and draw closer to God.You will be fine and live a normal life.You will not die until your appointed time and which is not and not even HIV can speed up your death.....Stay strong. |

There's a teen(should be around 16 or 17) living in the same compound where I stay I live in a flat upstairs they stay downstairs.She stays with her parent ,her parents only come home on weekends sometimes during the week.The teen is so endowed what she carries even a 30year old lady does not have it.I don't know how to make that move that would lead me to having full access to her as she does not stay home alone.She's always at home with either her brother or a friend of hers I don't know and they all respect me.she dey cause confusion for me. |

Relationship is demanding when you're financially stable you can venture in,you won't even sweat getting a woman by then and meeting her demands would be so easy and the courtship would be blissful could even lead to marriage .No feminist should argue with me either you're dependent as a woman or not, directly indirectly you'd still collect money from your man it's just how women are wired. |
