solelymade: Hi Funmi,I'm a student of OAU like u are so inclind towards startting a business on campus or Ife environ. we can pool resources together andmake things happen big. Asoy2k@yahoo.co.ukhi, i'm also a student of oau and i'm also interested in doing some business on campus or off it (but i prefer on as i stay on). Been thinking about wat to do but the prob is a lot of ppl are already into them. But i believe there's still something hidden in that sch that we need to find. There's always a space. This is my contact_ lumihexcels@yahoo.com. I'd like to share ideas and pool resources with u guys. I've made up my mind to be independent this year. |
Jbluv55: This thread is mainly for fun and so you should all just catch your fun from it. Its going to be dealing with pictures of all sorts in accordance with NL rules and users wud be made to answer questions about the pictures. Any member can post pictures and any picture puzzle must have a definite answer.34 |
vicoloni: Vice President should have been allowed to make a speech on behalf of GEJ at least to remedy what happened at the lying in state. Anyway, RIP Mr Nelson Mandela.what happened at the lying in state? Did someone embarrass himself? |
Hehehehehe lem... lemme... lemme laf finish. Very funny. About 3weeks ago, some koreans came to tradefair, the wine section just before GL, and were selling Samsung s4 for 15k. I couldnt believe it. Ppl were rushing the phones. Some even said they were allowed to operate the phones and they were original. I was regretting not having my ATM card around. I now wonder whether i would have been telling the OP's story if i had my ATM on me. |
Okija_juju: Bros, dem don dey get o!! Hmmmm! If you see Builders catalogue of Cribs wey dem don build ehnn, you fit madt!Dem fit just go snap buildings anywhere na. How could u verify? |
Okija_juju: Hello Sirheheheehehe. If builders have to have a CV like u requested, naija go don scatter. @topic: OP find something else to use that money for or try to grow it. A plot of land for 5million in Lagos, esp in those areas mentioned? It rare. Just put up a plot of land for 7million or more, ppl will rush like u are selling Samsung phones for Techno prices. Even if its available, b4 u are contacted, someone would have paid the money sef. |
Beauty is relative. IMO, UNILAG doesnt measure up to OAU evn from this pics. I think so far ABU(based on those pics o) is the most beautiful. #teamOAU |
Strangers seem to have taken ove the party you laboured for? Are you gonna be there for ever? Maybe its the strangers that PDP really need to take them to the next level. This is the same reasoning or manner of thinking that other nigerians in other sectors of this nation have. They dont want new faces. They wanna remain there and hand over to their children, relations, friends, as long as they arent "strangers"_ the who-know-who syndrome. Smh |
chuks5552: Wow!!!!!!!! The long awaited day has finally come,Today is the day we are launching ourThanks man. I wont form. I follow like free things esp free books. Thanks again and i'll try to live up to my own end of the bargain as far as i could. I have something like this in mind also but it will be free for all. The only problem is that it requires tremendous research, hardwork and time. I hope i find the time and courage and motivation u had. God bless. |
I hope its not just me but i think her breasts keep getting bigger. She still looks good and bet it'll be a while before she gets pregnant again. |
Confused for now.I think i'll be sure by Xmas or NewYear but i have a feeling its pretty soon. |
Wow, i agree that that we are boastful and that we like to spread out but i wanna say that we are boastful because we have confidence in who we are and we dont just go out to dominate, we go out to succeed. U should admire us. We are Igbos first before we are Nigerians... abi u no go ansa ur papa name first before u ansa yoruba man? Everybody cannot succeed in one place and for the people whose inclination to succeed is very high, the whole of Nigeria isnt enough, talkless of the Igboland. Hence the need to go out, compete and succeed while those who stay back home do their bits to aid development. At the end, if there is an end, its all for the progress of the Igboland. Some say that Igboland is jungle, well you havent been there and thats not to say that ther are no jungles. There are, but if after all we lost, personally and collectively in human resources, physical assets and otherwise, during the civil war which ended just 43yrs ago, we are able to accomplish all we have and are where we are right now, given that the growth of literacy has been steadily increasing, i'm enthusiastically scared of what we'll accomplish and where we'll be in the next 40 years. We've tried and will continue to grow. So my brodas from the SW, u cant entirely be blamed for trying to scupper our ineluctable progress. Its scary really and i'm glad some of u pay attention and really want something done to stop us at every chance u could get. Maybe that has been our driving force. I'm proud and thankful to be an Igbo man. |

Ya all saying Don Jazzy bleeped up, he was childish, he should have called WC bla bla bla. I gotta ask u_ have u ever had something precious stolen from u? Especially something u produced with ur talent? Well, u wouldnt say all those if u knew. Some of u think he should have called WC at least. Well, i dont think so. If WC had the guts to not only steal from him (not saying he did it since nothing has been proved), but also publicised it as his, what difference would calling him make? To ask him why he stole it? Or for an apology? Don Jazzy has kept that demo since last year which means he so valued it and must be waiting for the right time to use it or to add some more beauty to it, only to have his protege steal it and use it. In fact, i think that Don Jazzy is lenient, maybe out of respect, to ask for credit. IMO, he should have sent his legal team on straight. Try to write a book and when its stolen from u, when u realise that all ur hardwork has been purloined, make sure u have a friend who would take pictures of u for the first 3months. After u've looked at those pictures, you can then judge Don Jazzy. |
Actually, this has happened way before sunday. In fact, on saturday, his brother and a close source were having a conversation about his whereabouts. 2 days b4 that, the party chairman, also from Umuawulu, informed a reliable source about the feared assumption since his line wouldnt go through. I really hope nothing happens to this guy cos he's been resilient thus far. Politics really doesnt have to be this dirty |

akd jr: I was once a student but didn't graduate from there. can i join the chart room?Bros, at OAU, 18% of people who go in and out arent students. Some even have bed spaces. So make ur choice. |
Orlando Owoh: When did you graduate? Between 2006 and 2010 that I was in OAU, there was this old Yoruba carpenter that goes to the 9 halls of residence advertizing his being a carpenter, for students to call him to repair their broken furniture. He was very, always speaking poor English. When you ask him to speak Yoruba, he would say, "I no hear Yoruba." He would define oxmosis, island, diffusion, lake, etc, claiming the girls in Moremi, Mozambique, Alumni and Akintola (Sports) taught him.The one that likes to sell freshly cut plantain and pineapple? If he's the one, then i tell he never looked like going anywhere anytime soon. |
