Victor Moses returned to Stamford Bridge this year after spending a
year on loan at West Ham.
Moses has been deployed as a right wing-back and has established
himself in the former Juventus first team.
And former Chelsea player Pates, who made 346 appearances for
the club between 1979 and 1988, says he was surprised to see the
25-year-old adapt so well in this new role.
"He’s having a fantastic season, is playing really well and it really
suits him," the former Blues captain told The Sun .
"I would never in a million years have said he would be a wing-
back. You just didn’t think that was the role he would have taken up

Eden Hazard said he will not leave Chelsea until he won another
Premier League title with the club - Antonio Conte has seen him as
a goal scorer.
Conte has revived Chelsea's form winning their last five league
games without conceding, scored 16 goals.
Hazard has played a key role, already scored seven goals in 11
Premier League appearances - won player of the month of October.
The winger never had intention of leaving Stamford Bridge last
season despite a disappointing campaign which he struggled to
scored just six goals.
"Last year was complicated," Hazard told the Guardian. "Some
people didn't believe it, but I played with a [hip] injury for a long
time. I was never 100 percent, and when you're not completely fit it's
hard to play at your best. But I had a good break after the Euros, a
good pre-season, and was ready.
"Liberated, yes. It feels like that sometimes, being injury-free and if a

Antonio Conte has performed his magic by leading Chelsea to the
top of Premier League for the first time this season following their
1-0 win over Middlesbrough at Riverside Stadium today.
And Victor Moses was delighted with the squad's brilliant displays.
He told Sky Sports : ”We showed good character from the start, we
had a few chances in the first half which we should have taken.

Manager Antonio Conte has insisted that he has no regrets
after failing to re-sign Romelu Lukaku during the summer
transfer window because of in-form Diego Costa.
Chelsea made several attempts to bring the striker back to
Stamford Bridge but failed to agree a fee last summer.
Chelsea, who will host Everton tomorrow at Stamford
Bridge , was asked to pay £75 million for the player they
sold for just £28 million two years ago.

Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel lead the Nigerian Super
Eagles to win Bronze medal at the Rio 2016 Olympic.
A former Nigerian winger Dimeji Lawal, who is now a
pundit in Nigeria says playing for Nigeria have costed the
midfielder his place in Antonio Conte's team. Lawal says
he is amazed by some of criticism the 29-year-old face
back in Nigeria. Mikel is yet feature in any Premier League

Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the African
Footballer of the Year 2016.
Having captain the Nigerian Super Eagles to win Bronze
