Queen Imelda James - Dike Ajie has emerged Winner of the 2019/2020 Miss Health Beauty Pageant held on the 13th of December in a coloutful monumental crowning ceremony at National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja. She was crowned winner for demonstrating tenacity, intellectual beauty, a vibrant sense of belonging and her undying interest in humanity through healthcare prerogatives.

Her Majesty, Imelda James- Dike Ajie is an undergraduate of Nursing from Edo University Iyamoh, Edo state, but hails from Ndokwa east LGA area in Delta state. She was crowned alongside Queen Lilian, who emerged Miss Health Africa. The grand finale and crowning event was attended by distinguished personalities, reputable persons, high profile executives, event hosts, popular entertainers and nollywood celebrities.

Amongst the Guests were also stakeholders in the sector, which included the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, The Minister of Health, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of health and other representatives of relevant health institutions across the globe.

The contest was quite competitive, though educative. Kaduna State Police Officers Wives Association Empowers Widows As US Based Krystal Okeke Pledges Educational Support

The Kaduna State chapter of the Police Officers Wives Association(POWA) has hosted the 2019 End of Year Party and Widows Empowerment program with Mrs. Habiba Ali Janga as the Chairperson of the Occasion. The empowerment program was held on the 4th of January 2020 at the IGP's Hall, Police College, Kaduna State and witnessed the distinguished presence of Kaduna State Commissioner of Police, DCP Ali Janga, US based Humanitarian, Queen Krystal Okeke, amongst others.

Speaking during the POWA the end of year and widows empowerment initiative, the Chairperson of the Occasion, Mrs. Habiba Ali Janga noted that the project was premised on empowering and improving the welfare of widows in Kaduna state, stressing that it was a way of supporting their families and helping them live better lives. She noted that by providing them with skills, it will help in assisting them to meet up with the various family responsibilities as widows and single mothers.

During the empowerment ceremony, several skill acquisition equipments, cutting across sewing machines, Food Items, Cash Gifts, Kitchen Equipments and other empowerment material s were presented to women and widows. Habiba Janga expressed the pain she feels, knowing that widows in Kaduna state may have to shoulder the responsibilities of their families alone after their husbands may have lived on.

The program also witnessed the presence of Queen Krystal Okeke, a US based Humanitarian, focused on Widows, Singles mothers and children, she is also the Convener of kids Multicultural Fashion Show in the US. During her speech, she Queen Krystal Okeke thanked and appreciated the Convener, Mrs. Habiba Ali Janga and her Husband CP Ali Janga for such a platform to improve and promote the affairs and women in the state.

While commending efforts of the Kaduna state chapter of the Police Wives Association(POWA), Krystal Okeke pledged the commitment of sponsoring one family every year by ensuring good education through scholarship for their kids. She also promised to promote the POWA empowerment program through her African Publicist in Africa and in Chicago to earn more international supports for Widows in Kaduna state.

A Gospel campaign and liberation organization, Janels Diary Youth Liberation(JDYLF) Foundation has visited the Abuja Children's Orphanage Home to rejoice with the underprivileged kids and encourage them in the spirit of hope and self-belonging. During the visit on the 1st of January, 2020, the Team from JDYLF extended charitable gestures, as they shared out foods and other relief materials with children in the orphanage.

According to the Founder of Janels Diary Youth Liberation Foundation, Elizabeth Unekwu Omale, who was also in her birthday celebration mood noted that the extension of humanitarian gestures was one of the major ways she marked her birthday and that it creates an avenue for her to engage her Agency in outreaches to help less privileged persons in communities in Nigeria and across Africa.

She stated emphatically that her organization was committed and mandated to ensure that the message of hope, peace, love and joy is continuously spread across humanity thereby giving them more positive reasons to have a good, better and relevant life, as they are being encourage to remain focused on their dreams and aspirations.

The outreach witnessed the presence of Janel and her friends who had good times with kids at the Abuja Children's Orphanage Home. They also engaged in game plays and social fun activities as a way of identifying with the kids, regardless of their social standards, background and situation.

Some persons amongst the administrative members of staff at the orphanage have appreciate the team from Janels Diary Youth Liberation Foundation and thanked the Founder, Elizabeth for initiating such program that has impacted in children of their orphanage home. Ned Nwoko Receives Top Officers Of Defence Headquarters Ahead Of Unsung Heroes Concert, Antarctica Malaria Expedition

Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko arrived South Africa yesterday ahead of his Antarctica Expedition for the Malaria Eradication Project in Africa. He was received by the Anioma People in Cape Town, South Africa, who welcomed their Prince in a very warm and delightful reception.

He arrived Cape town with Team members of Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation and volunteers of the Malaria Eradication Project in Africa. Hon. Prince Ned was delighted at the reception and promised to be more supportive and committed to the development of the Anioma community, where he hails from.

He reiterated that the Malaria Eradication Project was a priority and that his undaunted commitments and supports will not be slackened. Hon. Ned Nwoko will be leaving south Africa for the Antarctica expedition with other European scientist in the Antarctica.

The trip is majored on gathering extensive efforts, ideas, scientific propositions and other relevant idea required to stem the eradication of malaria in the Africa continent. The Anioma people applauded his concerns for improving and advancing the health conditions of Nigerians and African's in entirety.
