I reflected how unlike her many of us Christians are. We want to receive what God has to offer while still holding on to the world. We attempt to be as close as possible to the world consoling ourselves that we're still within a safe boundary. Unfortunately, the two don't mix. The enemy doesn't mind the mixture I should say but from the Word we're sure that affinity with the world is enmity with God.

wow, this is luvly. ..I actually share same view as u and yes its very true Christians re trying to be close to the world as possible, well do I blame us for that? ? when u re not as a Christian the churchy tag becomes a name or kind of a stigma.

I just have one little concern here. sometimes it depends on what we term as worldly.

Example.... have got a cousin sister who attends MFM, she will tell you playing video games, playing any song that's not gospel, rings, chains etc are all worldly things. so how can one really cope without these things if we classify things like this that are part of our everyday lives as worldly? ?
