mikeapollo: How do you mean "unfortunately"? You are on your way to make huge money if you can be patient. Unless you are looking for quick profit money or to speculate I had WEMA for 17 years. I will be patient. I bought both because I believed they will do well I am an investor not a speculator i don’t have energy for jijo. To me it is like sport bet can’t deal. I have nothing against it but just not my thing. Too energy sapping |

Arostar2023: Nawa oO. Nigeria is in serious trouble, if the so called masses cannot read in between the lines despite claiming to be educated. This is a masterstroke from Fubara. He knew from the beginning that he was going to win the case, yet he took it to court to buy time. This is 2025. 2024 budget has all been implemented...money spent. Which was what he was after in the first place. You are wrong on many fronts. Number one the faction recognised is not the one aligned to him. Number two it is an impeachable offence to spend without a budget. If I am not mistaken I think it has even been criminalised. Meaning his accountant general can be picked up and jailed. |

thunder74: Since the refineries were not sold and the sales were canceled, are they better now?
Have they not spent tripple of that amount of state money on the so called turn around maintenance without a drop of fuel?
Even if OBJ sold them for 1k each and the refineries are managed well by private companies, I am not sure we will be where we are now. you have hit the nail on the head. Most of the commentators don’t know anything about the issue |
Politics › Re: Falana: Why Yar’adua Cancelled Sale Of Port Harcourt Refinery To Dangote by alfajohn: 8:14am On Jan 04, 2025 |
Some of you don’t have understanding of the issue but just abusing OBJ. Did the refineries work for 17 years after he left government, if you know the amount of money that has been spent on those refineries in that period you will weep for this country. And let me tell you the refineries can never work optimally don’t be carried away with propaganda. The PHC refinery that has been claimed to have start operation is over 60 years old what magic will make it economically productive. Time will tell |

Hmmm. Believe what you choose to believe. A friend and former colleague was telling me a fellow Muslim at that point what a chosen member did when they were attacked by bandits around Obajana in Kogi state. The chosen member woke up to find himself in the midst of an attack and immediately grabbed his vest and declared he his Chosen and pursued the attackers and they fled into the bush. The guy was furious and saying why is he serving God and these miscreants will attempt to kidnap him that is like a rat attempting to attack a lion. Mind you this guys were armed with guns. Honestly before then i look at the members of that church as a bit deluded. Salvation is personal. Only God knows who is serving him. |

I hope you know the difference between world bank funded project & state fund projects
Most of the project you advertised on this forum are either world bank projects or projects that are 80% done by previous administration but completed by this present administration
So far, this government has not done well in the areas of infrastructure and I can prove that to you with many facts Seyi has tried I am from Iseyin Oyo state all the roads entering Iseyin has been done I.e Ibadan to Iseyin, Iseyin to Oyo, Iseyin to Shaki and a long forgotten road Iseyin to Ogbomosho. Thanks for the information obviously osho free got us to where we are now. We are used to free education free health subsidies on power fuel and infrastructure. We were sharing what we didn’t have and the little available was looted by the politicians and elites. Now we are in a debt trap with no solution in sight. |

EreluRoz: I have been saying this thing that Femi Gbajabiamila and Faleke are behind the witchunting going on in our party, Faleke is using Gbajabiamila and their efcc puppet chairman to hunt people they dislike. What power did Gbajabiamila and Faleke have to be witchunting people who made sure asiwaju becomes president? Who is Gbajabiamila and Faleke in the scheme of things? I hope asiwaju will stop all these rubbish before this Gbajabiamila and Faleke destroy our party. They were just privileged to be close to asiwaju but they have no weight, they are paper weight politicians. According to what I heard by some important people, hmmm I hope asiwaju is still interested in second term kos he's killing it already. Elrufai is deadly and has a strong grip in the north. May Gbajabiamila and Faleke not destroy our party. Nonsense
Also I'm not feeling Remi Tinubu's impact as the first lady, as a woman you should watch over your husband's success and fiercely move against anyone that may try to bring him down with their reckless attitude. I trust patience Jonathan on this. Remi is weak. The two most outstanding first ladies Nigeria ever had are late Maryam Babangida and Patience Jonathan. Kudos to them
Don't dare argue with me, I eavesdrop in a lot of conversations by people that matters in the political scheme Two people that are diametrically opposed to each other. Both after same position one got it and has used position to reduce visibility of the other. You definitely have friends in high places. |
