ruboy:Bro please do you now have a sample of the printout. I guess I can edit it too. Someone who did the screening today said that was what a bunch did at their venue today. I didn't print it out as well. Kindly help send it to daryllic@gmail.com Thanks a lot, I will appreciate |
jnyuwa02:Truly that seems to be the case. Applied July 14th Biometrics July 16th Profile stucked at background check ever since. I checked every 2-3days to lessen my tension. Admission already deferred till Winter semester. I have till November 2nd to confirm my seat for Winter or I loose the admission. God is Great Still |
Ormohlawlah:Well her securing a loan for your tuition fee or it's reflection on her statement wouldn't be a problem if she is got sufficient balance left in her account for her personal wellbeing + other siblings of yours "especially if they are dependants ". Remember you shall list every member of your family and their ages. And she will do the same in her support letter. If not they might term you as not having sufficient funds to undergo study for the period in Canada. Another alternative is to make her your co-sponsor and make the other person your sponsor, then you find a way to explain the persons commitment, relationship, intent and motivation to pay your tuition in your LOE and affidavit of sponsor. Atleast the said person isn't coming from the moon there ought be an existing relationship that you can linkup. Even a best friend or new found friend could be your sponsor, as long as the person is got the money and "truly willing" and you can both write a convincing and compelling letters. Then your prayers can cap it all, nothing is impossible under Gods nod. Ask my ogas in the house to buttress or correct whatever I ve written. |
MICHV1:I'm sorry HOUSE for bringing what's out of context. Well I was just watching a 2018 flick Billionaire Boys Club and Joe the main character of the movie re-assured his dad that he is gonna take him out of this shithole. Cus of how they were living. Now I deduce what that means to an American... (simply somewhere that is not conducive atall or befitting enough of one's status and not like some (**dung-hole**) interpretation. Guess Trump himself didn't mean it the way we see it. He was only referencing the GRAND SABOTAGE. |
Bodmillz:Wa gbayii @Bodmillz! Thanks for the relief, atleast I wasn't looking fwd to the last line atall. There ought be freedom of expression though and I don't know why a lot has taken Uyplus testimonial personal; different things frustrates us to different degrees. Would anyone believe I just got my student copy transcript from University of Ibadan since Oct last year. To me that school bleeped me up and I speak ill of my alma mata but it's an ironic descriptives that I don't really mean. I guess it's the same for him, I could sense his euphoria. |
Lagos2canna:Please don't discourage him when you are not sure. I was in the same situation sometimes in July, outtightly forgot my passport at my friend's place and I got to Lekki before remembering but I was allowed to do biometrics, although they asked me at every desk I got to for the original passport and I said same thing everytime. His reason is more genuine than mine. When asked simply say it's at another embassy for processing. And I also hope it was online submission that you did. In a nutshell I did my biometrics in less than 2hrs. |
orobs93:If you need it asap, better you try some other cities aside Lagos, there your money will facilitate it quick. But Lag? You cud be delayed and if fast tracked could be fake! Try Ibadan/Osogbo depending on where you live. Shouldn't cost more than 20k |
vivicintia:Ohhh sorry about your delay. 5,000 CAD is a lot of money, try solicit for a refund by every means even if you have to write a letter to them that it's your 5 year savings just to pursue a masters degree. It's an emotional and sympathetic appeal, that way they can do a meeting on your behalf and refund you. Always remb that the pen is mightier than the sword, meaning what and how you write could bring you results than the use of force. UBC could be classed one of CANADIAN IVY LEAGUE SCHOOLS. Moreover if it was boldly written on their website, there might be nothing you can do. Even if you hire an attorney! They ve got attorneys too. And always make enquiries before you make any move once you not in that proximity. Before initiating payment you could have asked if they make refunds. Before I deferred my admission to this fall, I asked my HOD and I was instructed to pay 100 CAD Confirmatory deposit for the admission then after a week I got my acceptance forms. I also inquired if I could pay part tuition and was specifically asked not to until I have secured my visa. All the best, and my advise. Try some other schools instead of deferring for 700k, make claim that you don't even have that and you need the deposit tuition if you are sure you don't want to try again. |
Thebwoy:I bought it like that from Florida but couldn't return it back to seller cus of logistics. So I had it shipped to me like that. That's why I'm selling low. The phone isn't less than 100k.

kingfintan:Stop this bullsheeee, common this is a serious forum. Ought to have confirmed first befr the whole drama. Which one do we take now. But I say Congrats Bro! And stop being a pessimist. Your optimism seems on point before then why the sudden cookup about refusal. |
Kylekent59:Hummmmm I shake my head for you. Tell me one thing you do that wasn't controlled or simply put a function of the brain or memory respectively. You only nitpicking the writers diction to show your intelligence and you re wrong my brother. It's about processing either you forget, forgot or you left it accidentally it's still the same thing and we all copy cus our intelligence quotient can pick that. Go and read the Topic MEMORY. It's very helpful, whatever you dnt give time to process from your working memory - short term memory - long term memory becomes forgotten. |
jnyuwa02:THE LORD is your strength, you shall get your TRV. Also case is not as bad as you make it sound. I guess if possible you don't wanna touch down here in Naija atall. The U.K. ready to take your tuition anytime you re ready. Flight ticket back home could be the only thing at stake at due date. Can you imagine one being scared of spending 24hrs more in the U.K. after a program you paid hard earned money for? Worst case scenario think Ireland . Their laws more lenient instead of ever going back |
bbclue:Lol... you are harsh ohh, see the way you just bashed this fellow. Well last time I checked rate was N283/Access Bank to 1 CAD That x 85 = ? (Rates varies on your bank charge for online transactions) |
Ogedadiva:Anyone who wants to try should follow the advise of a Nairalander who submitted his application the same day he went to VFS without prior booking. We never know what can happen once you allowed into the building, just go early 5:30am as the person suggested. Instead of risking ones life and time to Abuja except you have another mission enroute Abuja. Was at VFS last week and I forgot my passport but they still allowed me to complete my biometrics, though I was asked at every point where my original passport was!!! The crowd there wasn't abnormal and I was number 71 got there around 9:30am. Spent like 1hr, 25mins. Remember the early bird gets the worm, and the second mouse gets the cheese. If you being queried you can chip it in that your resumption time cannot beat the wait time |
Seadorff1:I got 2 ref letters from 2 Profs at my University, while some programs requires 3 letters (2academic referees, 1 professional referee). It must be stamped and sealed, that way you can collect it yourself and courier with your supporting documents, they do accept proof of English proficiency/letter from your GES/GNS Dept at school. But your official transcript must be sent directly from the transcript unit at your school (whatever service being used) making it 2 separate courier to Canada. If you need more info, inbox me |
Seadorff1:Oohhh it's; Mount Saint Vincent University, Halifax. N.S They only offer 6 graduate programs in all, mostly social sciences/education programs (M.A/M.Ed) and the only science program being offered is Applied human nutrition. But I really don't know about undergrad programs, just go ahead and check for yourself. |
Brendamad:Congrats So we also have hope... 6weeks, 4days for TRV. |
goingforward:There is nothing God cannot do, but intent is everything sometimes, they will definitely dig it out, so before it's been dug out better if she points it out herself than wait to be asked why she lied. Send an email (funnily it could be overlooked) for the record and go pray hard. |
Bodmillz:It's indeed a costly mistake because it is clear to see, even in US visa application, you find the same there, except the Canadian own is trickier. Think carefully about why you picked NO. And state the reason plus you filled this by yourself so you can't say an agent filled a wrong info cus that's what they are known to always do. (You didn't read carefully is your only alibi, you generalized that it was only to Canada until you later read after submission. God is your strength ) nothing else. And pls we should all avoid 'He say, She say' and other generalizations they are always 50% correct and you need a 100% that's why we here on a forum with first hand experience. |
sopho:Why not inquire about this problem from the VFS guys for firsthand info, or ask those who are experienced. As discussed in previous threads... You can email them to:/cc: cic contacts in Nigeria telling how the mistake came by because you were expected to read carefully before ticking and also proofread before final submission. They might regard it as a flimsy excuse or a second-thought lie. But for the record email them and keep your sent message safely till a later time, hopefully you might have no need for it since your application processing starts after 1-3days after submission. Good luck, and also wait to read other advice you would be given here. Mine might not be the right one afterall |
Bodmillz:Ohhh excellent... this puts my worries to rest Thanks @Bodmillz God bless |
Olayemudia:Not atall... sure I can afford my tuition cost and more and there wasn't any unfulfilled condition on my acceptance letters. Thanks a lot |
Goodmrn could someone help lay my concerns to rest. I submitted my online application last week and I accidentally skipped the correspondence from my Uni that ask me not to pay tuition until arrival because they have no refund policy in existence so it's money to thin air if outcome is negative and also my student transcript won't come out from the school called University of Ibadan after like 4months, (such an amazing school). But every other docs were intact, does this really affect ones chance?. Though I know visa approvals in our Naija lately has bin by grace |
kylexy61: Thanks a lot bro for taking my worries away. Your suggestion worked immediately I copied same saved file and opened via Adobe Reader. Appreciate! |
Ratawu:@Ratawu thanks a lot bros, how about the To: dates that comes up as error after initial successful validation. The picture I attached explains my situation. Or can I go ahead and upload irrespective of validation since it's online submission and I do I necessarily need validate/barcodes |
Please I need help, I'm submitting online today and trying to validate this form but it keeps bringing this back... (attached image) after I validate it writes successful and brings the barcode... then I try to save and just to confirm if it truly worked against when I will be uploading I discovered it's still bringing the same error and after correcting it validates but after saving error surfaces again. Also I still have my job and from till date isn't working so I used 2018-07 this month as my (to). I need someone's kind advise... Thanks
|
olugere:Bro... someone gave you an advise but you seem not to have taken it atall and I noticed. We all learning here though and we understand how ambiguous this whole process is. From my point of view what you have together isn't feasible to scale through so you don't waste your money. Firstly You in a common law relationship with 2kids and you want to take everyone to Canada at once. It's marriage that can only work for that. They should be your home ties. You are simply relocating as they put it. And your wife doesn't have the financial strength then how would it work except you earn like 1million per month minimum. You ddnt mention if it's masters or pgd sef, ohhh I remb it's college which doesn't carry enough weight as Univ The advise someone gave you is the most logical one. Get to Canada first befr dreaming of relocating your family and if not probably for one of the kids you could get lucky. Relocating family works for company owners based on those that I have seen not students who are likely to still seek funding one way or the other.... I'm only opinionated, I might be wrong though. Almost everyone has someone who is family and good to take along when it pans out well, but it's called extra or excess baggage. |

? Meanwhile good night
