It happened to me last week when l was trying to fill our forms it threw me out couple of times because i was using a labtop but with my phone data ( mobile hotspot) so l had to buy a wifi and it worked seamlessly. Kindly use a wifi and try again.

My dear I’m using laptop and Wi-Fi ohh. The thing frustrated me but I’ve finally done it. I even changed laptop thinking it was the issue. Thanks alot

Don't get tired of trying. It happened to me too. I finally woke up one day around 2am and I completed it. Keep trying.

Has it been more than 30days since you submitted the last DS 160? If yes, that could be the issue.

Why are you trying to retrieve it though, since you don’t have an appointment yet. Can’t you just do a new one afresh or you need some of the info on there?

No I haven’t submitted any form at all recently. I’m actually trying to start a fresh application. It just keeps refreshing. I’ve got to the point where the security question is set and name and surname/ DOB is inputted and saved then I’m kicked out again. So trying to retrieve the application I just started is also an issue.

I think you should just keep trying. Use a laptop and use chrome.

I had similar challenges when I tried using my phone.

Clear your cookies and try again.

I’ve done that it’s still same issue. I can even get passed the first page to select location. I choose Lagos Nigeria and it reloads and kicks me out. Sometimes it just doesn’t bring the list of countries/locations for me to choose from so I’m stuck.

It’s been same way since last night.�

Yeah I’m trying to fill it myself but the page keeps refreshing. I don’t know if anyone else has tried to fill a fresh ds160 form and experienced that. I tried all night and different browsers same issue.

Please any one with Mexico birth tourism experience recently? I have a valid UK visa and will want to explore that route but I know no one there. And I will be traveling alone

My friend used oakbend She said it was a disaster compared with memorial Hermann.
I’ve used the ER of whmc one time in 2017, it wasn’t bad.
