People sha.. please don't allow people work through your mind with dirty feet. This Skills for Africa Program is employment oriented and it is happening for the first time in Nigeria. Listen to the success stories of the skills program in South Africa, Morroco and even kenya. Did I forgot? Or did Sap actually emailed us that we will be having another interview with the prospective employer on Wednesday on passing the first interview?

SAP skills program has happened in Asia and its Africa's time (Its totally different with what those people are talking about) with certification, you become a Sap employee and will enjoy benefits that come with that, you become a SAP consultant on finishing. This program is not the same with someone who just go and learn via any training. This is you been trained by the company itself, professionals from Germany, those at home etc will all lecture and make you good, and then the company will link you up with a company to take you among other opportunities that come with Sap continuous interest in your future. If all these does not entice you, I don't know what will.

So I got another mail on confirmation of the first that there will be another interview on wednesday the 18th with the employer to ensure our employment immediately after successful completion of the training.

My location is Abuja I was called and I took the test still awaiting invite, my facilitator who called from Poland asked if I could relocate to lagos and I said yes. Also I submitted SOR and ID.... Congratulations to those who got invited today!!!

keep your fingers crossed, you might get an invite anytime soon. Some got last week, some of us today, so stay hopeful.

Conclusively, I wish you guys the very best, please read the tips they gave, watch them on their official account on YouTube, expecially the skills for Africa program aspect, make their official website your addiction, understand their vision and mission statement and pinpoint your answers along that line during the interview. Be what they want but don't forget to be yourself in the process. I will wait on your success story guys.

However, she has since sent her SOR. As at this present time, no response from them yet.

Well they sent me a mail that they will talke the SOR for now but we still follow up on the same. Truth is I am in lagos now, can't go ta kaduna to and fro (what 30k?) and then pay for transcript (25k) all for trying to gain an interview invite?

I also received an offer today from a firm with bond attached. So I don't think I will continue with SAP.

That's exactly two weeks before the programme. And according to the lady, interview invites will be forwarded two weeks before the programme. It seems the availability of your certificate or transcript will be considered before they start sendint invites for the interview..

In nutshel, you guys should send it before July 2 to be on save side..

Well on my first call with the HR. She asked if I have a Transcript, I said no, She asked about Cert and I replied not ready. I told her I have only a statement of Result and she said thats okay, that the SOR will also work.

So yes certificate will work.
