I am telling you. I was just jumping to the next question until red sign filled up, only to come back to just random choose. The Abstract wasn't funny for me too. The verbal was the only lifeline I throwed.

I am a graduate of Accounting.

She (the lady who called) is one of their HR from Dubai, she confirmed all the info I gave; you studied accounting right? You reside in lagos right? You graduated from ....? You graduated in ...? I answered the questions. She then proceeded to ask what do I know about SAP, and why do I want to work with them, I answered.

Next, she asked if I have a laptop and a webcam, I replied and then she said I will receive a mail from her in 5 minutes. I did, as a further step I am required to write a test with link provided and a webcam needed, I need to be in a secluded place so no one can come in or be there with me.

I started the test by following the link, installed the extention required, I filled in my details: First Name, Last name and email. Then my photograph was snapped through the cam, My national id was snapped too, and then the test began. Note: they were viewing everything I was doing during the test.

It was a 40minutes test, 10 question in 4 sections:
English
Numerical
Logic
Accounting

I exhausted 700mb for the test alone, and the test set up was great. Despite glitches and system failure, I was returned to the exact same spot I stopped with exact same time remaining. I really enjoyed it, and the questions were quite good (not very hard, not very easy, but some were pretty bonus), calculator was allowed.

On completion, I was asked to tell her I am through and also send her a copy of my National Id (which I did). I have not heard from her yet. All the best to you.

I just had a short telephone conversation with one of their HR from Dubai, UAE, and now a test Invite has been sent to me via email. Just want to know who else received same: test is 4 sections 40 questions 45 minutes, Webcam is needed, secluded area a must, and test holds within 24hours.

Like i said, your set is different from previous sets. Before now, there used to be an initial 4days training after which offer letters will be handed to those that passed. But now, You guys won't be going through the 4days training.

But i'm sure if you put in your best, you'll excel. I wish you guys the best.

Computer-Based Test (CBT):

Assessment Centre:

Successful candidates from the CBT will be invited for the Assessment Stage of the recruitment process. At this level, candidates are expected to demonstrate key competencies required for a successful career in the industry.
Training School:

Applicants who make it through the Assessment Centre will be enrolled in our intensive Graduate Training School programme where they will be exposed to the practical, social and technical aspects of working in the industry.
