The formal or social way to address such a person is Prof., Dr., Mr., Mrs. Ms. etc.

While an International Airport of High standard is needed in the SE, it still doesn't negate the fact the MMA needs to be pulled down (renovation is out the question) and started all over again. No air conditioning at the main gateway into Nigeria (supposed GIANT of Africa), YET, we have a vision 2020 goal (DREAM). The day Nigerian leaders be it executive, civil, et al are held responsible AND accountable, things will begin to change for the better.

Pulling the entire building down may not be enough.
The structural law that places all airports under the control of one man is the problem. Why can't Lagos for instance be responsible for maintaining the building for goodness sake?
The Atlanta airport is maintained by the city of Atlanta with oversights from the state and federal authorities. Why must everything be centered in Abuja?
Kano can manage and maintain their airport, so could PH, etc. Controlling everything under FAA is a sin and a waste of time that triples the beauracracy, creates room for waste and corruption, and eventually gets nothing done.

My brother, Lagos cannot be responsible for it because the FG has not given them the authority to do so. Just as our major highways in Nigeria eg benin ore, the FG did not grant the governors to works on those roads and they (fg) kept on procrastinating.

Hmmmmmm what is dumb about that ?

If you are a Chief and also a Doctor, what do you call the person when addressing him in a formal letter ?
