Sorry I can't remember when Bayo Ojo or Michael Aondoakaa were president of Nigeria.
I don't think they have to be president to do their duty. we have 3 arms of government

1. legistrative ( senators, HOR)

2. executive ( President)

3. judicial (Judges)

the judicial has her own power regardless of the executive power, thus president GEJ cannot over rule it

as far as I am aware

Kudirat was murdered and i detest that. ( me and our entir family voted Abiola because he was a better candidate in that election) it was disheartening he  was not allowed and kudirat was right to ask for his freedom and his right from the soldiers . Other people  ( us ) were right to support her and request for justice. It's just that we haven't seen any enthusiasm in pushing for Bola Ige's murderer or even MKO Abiola's murderer to be fished out and be prosecuted. I suppose people are afraid of losing too many kinsmen and perhaps the blood money actually changed hands at least in one of the cases.
Nagoma that is not the case here

1. Bola Ige murderers are not known

2. Even if another person come in as a judge, it does not mean Bola Ige murderer would be found.

3. Yes Bola Ige murderers has to be fished out but who was incharge when Bola Ige died in 2001 ? in 2002 we had Bayo Ojo (Kogi) , Michael Kaase Aondoakaa (Benue)

these are the people that are meant to start the judgement so it has nothing to do with kinsmen.

Lets face the reality here. Who would not want Bola Ige murderers to be caught. If any at all it would be this people. Lets not be insensitive here.

Do you think if Bola Ige murderer was caught he would be protected, C'mon

Maybe if there is a suspect, then there can be a court case

In a country where there are no proper investigations carried out, who can you point to as a suspect ?

When will Bola Ige's murderer be hanged? Or is it okay because he is Yoruba?
Hmmm lets not think like that

we don't even know who killed bola Ige not to talk of court case etc

This has nothing to do with yoruba but Nigeria integrity as a whole.

Lets be open minded here.

Al-Mustapha was no Police man or Soldier. thus he has no authority to kill another man

I think this is a false assertion, our judiciary system is very slow, this is how ordinary citizens spend years in court, it is politically motivated / Govt. interested cases that get speedy trial. And I am sure it is not over, Al Mustapha and Sofolahan will buy all the time they need; this will get to the Supreme Court and I Pray He gets the same Judgement as long as they are guilty; which I am 99% certain they are
Hmmm, In Nigeria I don't think big cases such as this is usually slow. I am aware of small cases etc but not big cases

Also I know Al-Mustapha has no political implication to GEJ if dead or alive ; atleast not one I can think of.

I guess if anything at all he is just trying to show how good his government is.

Yes it is common practice in Nigeria if the non indigenes behave themselves and don't push their luck

A nigerian can not just go to UK and start claiming false figures or claim political power etc of course the indigenes of the place would be angry.

If the non-indigene behave him/herself and acclimatize to the system over there and not try to force his views on the people then fine. No one cares.

It is only immature and infantile minds that trade accusations and insults on 'my tribe is better than yours' basis.  It smacks of idleness, inferiority complex and serious confidence issues. A good wine needs no bush.
