When Goodluck Jonathan became president, the south south of Nigeria became a political heavy weight and became relevant both in pdp and apc.

I have been seeing more south south politicians becoming more active in political Matters within the 2 parties, that is because Goodluck paved the way.

Wike and amechi are important figure in their respective parties,if not for Goodluck, they wouldn't have the political confidence to make noise.

South east on the other hand have no political strength in the party they support, no political confidence and no candidate that can contest and match the popularity of wike and Jonathan or other south south politician.

Nigeria presidency is the most powerful in the world, the fulani that are flexing muscles today can be reduced to nothing if a ruthless ogoni man becomes Nigeria president.

Ipob is most happy about it, it will take the agitation to the next of having 99% Igbo support.

I was in the East during Easter and I observed fears on the security agents faces inspite of being armed. Being in a territory where 90% of the people are sympathetic to ugm course will be quite unsettling.

lol mumu you don't know that 65% of rivers state is Igbo. From 1999 Igbo have been ruling rivers state; Peter Odili, Chibuike Amaechi and presently Nyesom Wike. Go and reconfirm from Pa Edwin Clark, a 92 year old Ijaw elder,you will definitely learn a lot from him.

It's better he is released on its merit because Igbo youths have decided for BIAFRA so that nobody will acuse of reneging if he comes out and agitation continues.

This is a welcome development. Nigeria is largely a close society. Rock Cafe bar and restaurant are in major hubs in Southern and East Africa like Johannesburg and Nairobi. One of the most painful aspects of Nigeria is lack of power supply. This has robbed Nigerians of quality life and investments.

Abuja is the most properly maintained city in west Africa..but Kigali is ahead on dat part..

Over all In terms of economy of both cities, jobs , serenity,landscape, landmass, skyline ,roads ,rail and everything that makes up a city..

Once you put all in consideration...Abuja is slightly ahead..

That power and cleanliness are the edge and then safety. Kigali is the safest city in Africa,how safe is Abuja with constant kidnappings and security agents abusing citizens? You can't compare day and night, i live in Abuja and have been to Kigali twice, not only Kigali, Rwanda is sweet dear.

Inheritance can be sold too once it's yours. In Igboland people sell ancestral inherited lands to send brilliant kids abroad for studies, support a smart kid to start businesses, to build better befitting homesteads. Some of them later bought property times 100 what was sold after studies or succeeded in businesses.

Nollywood today was started in Enugu, igbos were the ones that brought Nigerian movie industry to the global stage. Yorubas were more focused on their local movies while igbos were running the Nollywood.

Things might have changed now due to some certain factors, Enugu is gradually loosing it to Lagos and Asaba. I hope that igbos sits down and do something about how things are in the SE

As to say Asaba is not Igboland. The lull in film making came about as a result of dstv showing of the films on African magic channels. I remember Emeka ike fought like a man but our government failed them like other sectors. Igbo dominated nollywood was a multi billion industry at their peak but piracy did it in. Most og the players moved into other businesses like real estate industry. If not how can Ghana which has one fifth of Nigeria population be selling films more than Nigeria? Piracy law in ghana stipulates 8 to 15 years term and they are serious about it both
government and operations. Ok how is football league fairing in Nigeria? Is ss and sw doing any better? Don't gloat over anything, every thing is collapseing everywhere. Sit@home started ending of last year ,did it also cause power outages that people don't have light like some sometimes for weeks ? Please Nigerians should stop having swollen heads. Where have you been in Africa? Kigali is the second most livable cities in Africa while Nairobi is third. Abuja is around 12th position while lagos doesn't come into the picture.
