My boss caught me on NL today and was like:..."What are you doing"..."You are browsing"..."You are on NL"...then I was like not really sir....and he said ..."What do mean by not really I saw you using our official hour to browse nairaland"....Mehn as the man dey talk na I just they close all the pages weh I open.

Couldn"t tell him I pro actively handled all my task for the day and could afford to look thru NL(couldn't gamble with not being converted to a jacky (if he knew I had time to spare) and besides I had mails and comments to respond to)

Truthfully I must say they are not aware of that innate syndrome in them.

This reminds me of my Nysc days when we had to struggle thru our registration or clearance and the nursing(female) corps members amongst us would get our patronage not just as corps members but also as guyz, with some of us helping with carrying their babies, would they eventually get to have the chance at the front of the queue and a female official there would be like 'woo..just don't come here now and cause confusion....am attending to people turn by turn...becos you don born? That wan nobi wetin we send you go do....when you they enjoy you no sabi say na so e go be?....at dis point maybe the baby corper would start crying and trust me the rest is better imagined than said.

Very many of the. Married ones with kids enjoyed their service year coz we had a male Z.I, they only suffered in camp.

Pls my dear speak out ooo... When they become aware the solution would hence be obvious I'lld say the solution at that point would be more of a personal resolve to make a right from past wrongs....

In what may be the weirdest divorce trial in recent history, a man in China sued his wife for being ugly and actually won the right to divorce her and a substantial settlement of $120,000.

No, this is not a joke. Earlier this year, Jian Feng, a man from northern China took his spouse to court for being ugly. But you couldn’t really tell that by looking at her, in fact the unnamed woman could be considered attractive by most standards. To make things even weirder, the judge actually ruled in his favor, granting him the right to a divorce and a settlement of around $120,000. This probably makes no sense to you right now, but I’ll try to clarify things as best I can. Jian Feng’s problems began when he and his wife had their first baby. The man described his daughter as “incredibly ugly” and told the court she resembled neither of the parents. Now, most fathers would just hold their piece and love that little angel as if she were the most beautiful baby ever born, but not Feng. He started accusing his wife of cheating on him, and he kept at it until she couldn’t take no more and finally admitted she might have something to do with the baby’s appearance.



You see, Jian Feng’s wife hadn’t always been attractive. Before she even met him, the woman spent around$100,000 on dozens of plastic surgeries to drastically improve her looks, and since the alterations weren’t passed on to the baby, she assumed she was the reason for the looks that weren’t up to the father’s standards. As soon as he heard his wife’s confession, Jian filed a lawsuit, accusing her of marrying him under false pretenses. Most judges would laugh at the claim, but not the one he found. This “model” father and husband was awarded the divorce he wanted and a settlement of around $120,000. It’s unclear who got custody of the baby, but I think it’s safe to assume she stayed with the mother.

am not also a Doc buh i guess the milk is not really what it ought to be once a breast feeding mother for some reason becoms pregnant (while breastfeeding)....i think the reason is coz the lill infact in the womb takes all the mama has to offer making the milk sought of less rich or not worth drinking by the kid still breastfeeding..though from some nosing arround i did, from some mothers experiences, it doesn't kill the baby but rather makes it mal nutritioned..(i stand to be corrected by a Doc ooh).
