it is the one you harvest many times. Some are color red majority are green. The local ones are uprooted.

Process:
Day 1. Clear your plot, dump poultry waste, spray herbicde.
Day 2. After a week from day 1, plant seeds.
Day 3. Spray insecticides weekly. Till harvest time.
Weed control at 4 weeks after sprouting.

Land preparation and planting should be completed before the end of September.

Registeration for September to December 2017 free watermelon training is on and will close by 25th September 2017.
It is a practical training with each participant allocated a plot of land
Detailed program of events
1. Interested applicant should send a text to 09050568071 indicating their names.
2. Plot by plot allocation will be done and published online. A plot is 50x100ft.
3. Land preparation starts from August till end of September, 2017.
4. Each participant will be given planting seeds, manure, knapsack sprayer.
5. As a participant, you will come with 1 litre of insecticide, 1litre of herbicide your food and drinking water.
6. There is extra land area for any participant that want to do any extra planting.
7. The target is to produce a minimum of 250 balls of sweet watermelon of 5-6kg from a plot of land.
8. Planting is best done from 15th to 25th September. Please take note.
9. Farm location is off Lukosi market on papalanto - ofada road, Ogun state.

A portion will yield 50,000 fresh maize. We have space for 8 portions.
COST: The cost of one portion is N250k.

Yes you can.

A 5 acre farmland can produce any of the following:
1. Pawpaw: 4,000 pawpaw plants with a 3 years harvesting period. Giving you about 120,000 pawpaw fruits.
2. Watermelon: producing 20,000 big balls of watermelon each year.
3. Plantain: Doing 3,500 plantain suckers that will later develop to about 10,000 plants in 2 years.
4. Pepper: 15,000 plants with a harvest of about N300/plant per year.
5. Tomato: 20,000 tomato plants.
6. Maize: 50,000 fresh maize early, then late planting.
Many others options and combination crops (eg. Pepper or tomato + pawpaw or plantain).
Your ability to jump start your farm ahead of rains pays. It will be glut free. Hence, good returns on investment.
