Attention! I advice guys to hold on to see what will happen. Reapplying is not advisable for those who registered earlier and couldn't find their application. If it actually shows "You will be able to Edit, View & Print or Delete your Application(s) starting Monday 10th of October, 2016", then it shows that it is aware you have submitted an application. Moreover, the application closes by 30th of the month, so don't be in a rush. At worst, you can reapply at by the last week if nothing shows up between now and then.

I had successfully submitted earlier, but after the last upgrade that allowed easy assess to apply and submit, I checked 'my portal/applications' but it was empty.
I had to apply again, and submitted successfully too.
After a day, I checked 'my portal/applications' again (this I do frequently), lo and behold, the earlier application I submitted was there coupled with the recent one. I had to delete the previous one to avoid double submission for the same position.

It is better to be patient like you advised, even the details from Tertiary Institution down which was not displayed on clicking "view" is now there.
