Niorte: Hmmm
When will the tax payers ever going to benefit from the govt?
Another way to fund the poor in the North. This ought to be shared based on effects on each state.
Lagos people for example should have the largest share as they are the most hit and most affected by the Lockdown.
All those who sell loaves of bread on the road, cold soft drinks and gala are not included on that list. These are struggling Nigerians, not the beggars in the North waiting for free food.
At such a time as this. Every body should be catered for except those who think they don't need federal govt help.
In the US for example, those who earn 75k or below are entitled to $1200 while those who earn above $75k are entitled to $2400 every month.
Here in Nigeria, we always give out money to an imaginary poor people who do not contribute anything to the economy and give no benefits of any kind to those who actually pay their taxes and struggle to work.
80% of the poor are in the north....that's where the money is going but there are only few affected states in the north.
Federal Govt is your government ONLY FOR THE POOR?? Well said.... So sad, that majority of Nigerians don't even know when and how the list was compiled says a lot about such list And like you rightly put, this is surely targeted at a particular region of the country, who already are enjoying freebies from the government before now, it is well |

jericco1: Federal Government are testing mainly the elites while leaving the masses to the mercy's of tracing. Now they're saying that testing is expensive, seems the billions been donated will end up in someone's pockets! Considering the type of people we have in government, it would have been better if the good people who donated money had donated medical items that'll be useful for treatment and prevention. We all know what will happen to the money donated or better still what is happening to it as we chat |

It's definitely going to be taken on preventive bases. They'll overdo it and kill themselves in the process. You and I are both Nigerians and we ought to know ourselves. I support the dude 100% Of course yes, thanks |

Staying at home doesn't mean you should travel back to your Villages.... That's what brought the spread thus far.
People traveled with it unknowingly from abroad down here because they want to stay at home with their families.
You are and will be spreading more if you travel to the core villages and nitches. Pity our grannies there because there are no Doctors to attend to them.
Stay wherever you were living life... Thats home!!!!
Please let's Stop the spread and save our Country, we don't have a government to assist!!!! Please, people should share this post, let's have pity on our relatives in the village, if not restrained, this could wipe off an entire village or community |
