Crime / Abomination! Heartless Father R*pes Daughter In Front Of His Other Children by altim8(m): 5:51pm On Aug 15, 2016
A randy Zimbabwean father has landed in trouble after brutally r*ping his 14-year-old daughter twice in front of his other children.

H-Metro reports that the 37-year old man has been arrested by the police and arraigned for r*pe and sodomy.

According to reports, the father who could not contain his lust, pounced on the 14-year old daughter whom he had been sharing a bed with, in the presence of his other children. The man, whose name has been withheld, is alleged to have raped the teenager whilst his wife was in South Africa. He was arrested and taken to the Harare magistrate charged with two counts of r*pe.

The man was not asked to plead to the charges when he appeared before magistrate Tendai Mahwe, who remanded him in custody to August 25. Magistrate Mahwe also advised him to approach the high court for bail application.

Revealing details of the illicit encounter, state counsel, Sebastian Mutizirwa alleges that sometime in April, the 37 year old was left with his children whilst his wife traveled to South Africa.

It was gathered that during the first days of his wife’s absence, he used to sleep on his own whilst his daughters slept in the kitchen. Prosecutor Mutizirwa had it that sometime in July he returned home from work and found his daughters fast asleep in the kitchen.

Allegations are that, after eating his dinner he then sneaked into his daughter’s blankets and started watching television. It was when he allegedly started handling his daughter’s breasts before he went to retire. Later in mid-July, the 37 year old invited his daughter to his bedroom saying they were supposed to share blankets since it was too cold. His children, including the 14 year old complied and went to sleep with their father.

After three days of sharing the same bed, his young child wet the bed prompting him to order her to change position. This resulted in the 14 year old sleeping next to the father. In the midnight, the man started handling his daughter’s breast, which awakened her in the process.

When she woke up, she found her father n*ked and asked him what he was doing. The man is alleged to have stripped his daughter n*ked and forced her to have anal s*x with him. After that, when they went back to sleep the father woke up again and r*ped her. The teenager reportedly called her mother and told her of the sexual attack. Upon hearing of the abuse, she returned to the country and went to lodge a complaint with the police leading to his arrest.

Politics / Bayelsa State Teachers Set For Demonstration Tomorrow by altim8(m): 4:07pm On Aug 14, 2016
Despite an improvement in the federal allocation to states for July, teachers in the state are yet to be paid their salaries running into seven (7) months.

The need for such protest became necessary after all effort made to get the government pay the backlogs of salaries accrued met a brick wall including that of July.

On this note, the teachers will take to the streets of Yenagoa to stage a peaceful demonstration tomorrow.

NAwa for this country.
Politics / Governor Ezenwo Nyesome Wike Orders Demolition Of Structures In GTC Trans Amadi by altim8(m): 8:33am On Aug 13, 2016
Residents in Government Technical College, Trans Amadi Portharcourt are now living in fear after a three day notice was giving to move yesterday been Friday.

It came as a rude shock to residents considering the resolution reached between them and Professor Owate Israel, the Special Adviser to the Government on Technical/Vocational Education where 6months grace were given counting from the date of the last meeting 17th May, 2016.

On Friday, some personnel armed with stern looking mobile police men were seen in their numbers painting structures ermarked for demolition. It now dawned on many that they were not after criminals but harmless residents.

On further enquiry, we were told the Governor has consented to the demolition of structures in the school premise giving residents three days to move or be moved.

I wish this medium could be used to establish the truth of the matter considering the terrible shape of the economy which is having a multiplier disastrous effect on the masses.

Politics / Governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike Orders Demolition Of Houses In GTC Trans Amadi PH by altim8(m): 9:33pm On Aug 12, 2016
In this most trying moment where salaries are no longer paid, feeding has become difficult, parents find it difficult paying school fee, will it be possible for a loving Governor in the person of Ezenwo Nyesome Wike to have ordered residents to park in three days time?

This is strange considering a meeting that was held on the 17th of May, 2016 between Professor Owate, Israel, Special Adviser to the Governor on Technical/Vocational Education and residents in the compound where it was resolved that occupants whose structure is within the mapped out areas for construction should move out within six(6) from the date of the meeting.

Residents where in rude shock when stern looking mobile police men where all over the compound. First I thought they were looking for criminals only to see them marking structures for demolition and released a letter ordering people to leave in three days time starting from today Friday.

On further enquiry one of the men said they just had a meeting with the Governor and they were directed to go ahead with the demolition.

Am using this medium to appeal to the Governor to consider the situation in the country and reconsider the directive if really it came from his office.

Business / Nigeria To Record Highest Allocation In 30 Months by altim8(m): 3:03pm On Aug 08, 2016
There is possibility of the federal government raising its spending so that it will move the economy away from recession. There are indications that Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) is set to distrinute N700 billion in the month of August. This will be the highest allocation in the last 30 months. This is t projections by analysts at Financial Derivatives Company (FDC) Limited.

The monthly allocation began to show significant rise in July, when a total of N559 billion was distributed. This was an increase of 83.2% over the month of June. The increased spending likewise assisted to boost shipping activities during the month of July.

While explaIning this in Lagos, chief executive officer of FDC Bismarck Rewane, attributed the increase to partially improved tax collection and exchange rate gains. Rewane stated that increased exchange rate gains got to its highest level in 18 months. The FAAC allocation rose to N559.03 billion in July from N305.12 billion in June.

Based on a surge in spending, Rewane said there were more ships in Lagos. He said ships awaiting berth increased to 45 in July. “Higher international trade activity, forex availability and settlement of backlogs were responsible,’’ he said. In addition, the CEO of FDC stated that ships awaiting berth are expected to increase to 50, “boosted by budget implementation and flexible exchange rate.”

Politics / Bayelsa Got N3.5 Billion Federal Allocation In July - Information Commissioner by altim8(m): 8:47am On Jul 27, 2016
Contrary to insinuations, Bayelsa State government received N3.5 billion from the federal allocation for the month of July, the State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Jonathan Obuebite, said on Tuesday.

Contrary to insinuations, Bayelsa State government received N3.5 billion from the federal allocation for the month of July, the State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Jonathan Obuebite, said on Tuesday.

He was reacting to what the government described as different figures being peddled by "uninformed persons within and outside Bayelsa State", regarding the allocation received from the Federal Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) for the month of July, 2016.

The Commissioner in a Government House statement issued in Yenagoa, said Governor Henry Seriake Dickson, "has directed the payment of June salaries in addition to outstanding January 2016 arrears including that of pensioners."
He said, "The amount being dished out by the mischief-makers which ranges from N10 billion to N19 billion, is all aimed at giving the impression that the government now has a lot of money at its disposal to clear all outstanding salaries and pensions.

"While we acknowledge that there has been a sharp increase from the latest allocation as compared to previous months especially for this year we want to for the benefit of hindsight make public the authentic details of the amount from the various sources."

SOURCE AMOUNT

1. Statutory Allocation N2, 310,274,788.13

2. 13 percent derivation N3, 126,869,735.56

3. Value Added Tax N609, 108,530.22

4. Exchange Gain N1, 189,970,982.76

GROSS TOTAL N7, 236,224,036.67

5. FAAC Deductions N2, 308, 843,297.75

6. Net FAAC Receipt N4, 927,380,738.92

7. Debt Service N1, 424,558,256.26

NET TOTAL N3, 502,822,482.66

The statement reads further: "Our sincere hope is that this will put to rest the rumours and lies about the issue. We advise Bayelsans to always be sure of what they hear especially on social media before accepting it hook, line, and sinker as true. The dedicated website www.bayelsawatch.org is also up and running to provide all financial information about Bayelsa State Government.

"Findings show that all these mis-information are being generated and spread out by the opposition and enemies of the state who only show up with tantrums and not solutions or prayers for the well being of the state.

The government is therefore calling on ASUU to for the sake of our children, call off the strike and resume classes as the government is still committed in giving Bayelsans the best of education even in the face of the dwindling economic crisis.

"It is on this backdrop that His Excellency, Governor Henry Seriake Dickson, has directed the payment of June salaries in addition to outstanding January 2016 arrears including that of pensioners."

Politics / Bayelsa Governor, A Certified Sadist? by altim8(m): 2:01pm On Jul 26, 2016
Gov Dickson Orders Continuation Of Half Salary Payment, Despite 19 Billion Allocation Received For The Month Of July

A reliable source has hinted that the state civil servant would not be paid their salaries in full this month, despite the 19 billion naira the state received from FAAC.
This is coming on the heels of an instruction he is said to have issued in a meeting he held with about five persons, in an undisclosed location somewhere in Abuja.
All entreaties to make him see reason and pay full salary to workers of the state civil service , was turned down by the governor, who queried "who is the governor" between him and those he held the meeting with. Those in the meeting were said to have left downcasted, as the order didn't go down well with them.

The basis for taking such a decision was not made known, but he was adamant on paying half salaries to workers whose expectations must have gone over the ceiling, with the news of the state's allocation for the month of July. One really wonders what could be the reason behind such an insensitive decision, as paying about 5 billion naira which the governor claims to be the wage bill of the state out of the 19 billion naira received, would still leave him with a surplus of about 12 billion, that's considering the deductions he has so much talked about.

This to me is an ominous sign, revealing clearly that the man at the helm of affairs in Bayelsa state is a certified sadist, who takes delight in the suffering of the people.
Hopefully, this sadism being experienced in the state shall become history sooner than anticipated, as there's a strong indication that he would be ousted out of his invalidly occupied position very soon.
Bayelsans shall have cause to once again be a happy people, with Dickson consigned to the trash can of history.

GOD HEAR THEIR CRIES PLEASE!!!

Family / 101-year-old Woman Allegedly Gives Birth To Baby by altim8(m): 10:40am On Jul 26, 2016
A 101-year-old Italian woman, Anatolia Vertadella, has given birth to a 9-pound baby. According to World News Daily Report, this was made possible through ovary transplant even when medical professionals were against the procedure due to the age of the woman involved.
The whole procedure was illegal, but private clinic in Turkey made it possible, reports the Rivista Napoli. “I am very grateful to all the team of doctors who decided to go on with the operation. I am so grateful to have given birth to my 17th child. This is a true blessing and a testament to the power of the creator. “For so long I have felt useless to God, I could not procreate since I turned 48 years old when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. For a long time I believed God was punishing me for only bearing 16 children, but in his godly generosity, he has granted me with fertility once again,” the new mum who is a fervent Catholic told Rivista Napoli.

It's now I believe what Nnamdi Kalu was trying to say when he made it known Nigeria soldiers where always going for soft spots. If not old men, it's pregnant women. If not pregnant women, it's egbo smokers in the name of NDA. Let's consider these, When four Ogoni elders were attacked by a mob and killed, the Nigerian regime accused nine members of MOSOP of committing the murder. Ken Saro-Wiwa and the others – Saturday Dobee, Nordu Eawo, Daniel Gbooko, Paul Levera, Felix Nuate, Baribor Bera, Barinem Kiobel and John Kpuine – were nowhere near at the time and always maintained their innocence. Two chief prosecution witnesses later testified that they had been bribed to give evidence. On 10 November 1995 the nine were hanged.
From the onset, Tompolo has distanced himself from the various vandalization of pipelines yet, the government wanted him out of the way considering his weight in the Niger Delta struggle just like ken sarowiwa of blessed memory. The death of the Ogoni environmental activist didn't stop the struggle as it has assumed a worse dimension today. Let's pray nothing happen to the old man as I perceive things might get worse if the old man dies. God help us all. One love!!!
